My Skin Looks Wierd

Just noticing the skin on the underside of my breast looks like the skin of an orange,this is the breast that was radiated,and it has been very sore lately.I finished rads in Dec.I also went to BS,3 weeks ago(.had mammo )but she just felt my breasts,and at that time i didn't notice my skin.Could this be from the radiation?I am having a liitle anxiety.I have an appt. tues with onco.

    Hi,

    Just wanted to say I am sorry you are worried. It will be good to have it looked at by your Onc. I think the 'damage' caused by radiation can continue for up to a year. Another possibility could be local edema. Do you think your skin changed very recently? It could just be that you had not noticed before? I hope all will be well,

    More than likely it's damage from radiation, but take no chances - check with your onc.
