Gosh...is it chemo-brain or is it stress???
I kept thinking that today was Friday, since we are off tomorrow for Good Friday, and then spring break is all next week. I'm glad I have an extra day before I have to weigh in!
-
MY BEAUTIFUL LADIES!!! IT'S ME!!!
I forgot to share I was on vacation with the kiddos to the snow skiing last weekend and playing catch-up the last few days!!!!!
GOOD TO SEE YOUR SUCCESS! I have not weighed in from last week yet... I will do so tomorrow for 2 weeks, I have to say, I have BEEN horrible, but I have been SO ALIVE... I have skiied, I have eaten, I have enjoyed some good time with the most precious thing in my life, my family!
So, next week I should start back on this track... funny how I say start back as I have not lost a pound to date... but I will take my clean bill of health and active lifestyle as a great accomplishment!
I am so proud of you ladies!
XOXO
Nicole

Wonderful to hear from you, Nicole! So, you were off "Embracing Life." GOOD FOR YOU !!!!!!!!
(tho we did miss you!)
Good luck to us all at tomorrow's weigh in. I was 147.something all week until this morning, then was 148.2. CRIPS!! Wonder what I'll be tomorrow?????? Maybe I won't eat anything for the rest of the day, ha-ha!! Did my 1 hour walking this morning: my pedometer says I did 3.3 miles, 7881 steps, 369 kcal. Heart monitor showed 528 kcal, why the diff?? I'm thinking because the heart monitor is basing calories used on increased heart rate & pedometer bases on steps=to cadio workout?!? Who knows?
ANY HOO, hugs to all!
-
CarolinaChick, at least you get tomorrow off. I don't, but we'll see how many of our supervisors amazingly take the day off.
-
Sleep hard tonight, and burn a few calories, girls. Tomorrow is weigh in! Every ounce lost gets us that much closer to our goal.
-
Nicole so good to hear from you.
Today was a difficult day
But I didn't give up, that fried fish in the fish market smelled sooooooo good.
And all the cheeses at the Italian store from Gorgonzola to swiss cheese........
-
A tough week but I am determined to do better I gained a pound.
-
164!!! at one pound a week I'll be happy. This weekend is gonna be a little tough with all the Easter treats showing up at my door. But I've warned the guest, it's gonna be chicken for dinner and lots of veggies. I'm not making a pie, just a little frozen one, and a sugar free jello salad with sugar free whip cream and oranges.
Good luck on everyone weigh in today! You have all been a great help for me.
-
I'll be weighing in a few minutes. Got to get the cell phone camera out. Congrats PauldingMom, I agree, if I can lose a pound a week, or at least not gain, I will feel good about my efforts.
-
146.6. Finally, a drop that stayed for Friday!! Easter dinner is just for DH & myself, so no big doings & I am not making any dessert. (which is very hard for me to do!)
I agree with PauldingMom (congrats), everyone has been such a big help to me.
Carollynn ~ Hard to lose in a busy week. I went two weeks before a change on a Friday, you'll do it.
Have a great weekend everyone, hugs to all!

It's got to be a fluke, but I weighed myself three times! I hope I can make this stick, but it seems too good to be true! My feet do look a wee bit thinner, don't you think?
Diagnosis: 11/27/2003, IDC, 1cm, Stage I, Grade 3, 0/16 nodes, ER-/PR-, HER2- -
Your feet look great! So slim and fit! I gave myself a self pedicure and over did it. Now my nails are little pink stubs. Oh well they will grow.
-
I have not reported in for awhile and unfortunately I have stayed the same. Had a great time with my family while my son was home from Afghanistan. Now, I have to get down to business!
-
I'll have to do roll-call this afternoon and see how everyone did.
-
At work they just brought by a box of See's Candy for each of us. Six hundred calories of choclate sitting on my desk. If the box gets opend for one little egg (100 cal) the whole thing will be gone. What to do, what to do?
-
Checking in: 186.5 today. We had a whopper of a thunderstorm here this morning, hail and everything. There are lots of tree limbs down, but everything is turning so green! Happy Easter and Spring everyone!
-
168.2 lbs so that's just over one pound down - yipee!! It's going in the right direction anyway.
I am going to be so good and not give in on National Chocolate Scoffing Day!!!! My DD has given me a little box with just 4 very nice chocolates in it but I'll stretch them out!! And it's chicken here for dinner on Sunday - lots of vruit and veg.
So I hope everyone will have a good week and keep those lbs melting away rather than chocolate!!
-
Hey Nicole glad to know you were of having a great vacation! I've always wanted to go snow skiing, but never had the nerve or anyone to go with me LOL!
Sounds like everyone has done well with the weight loss this week. Ya'll keep up the great work and if you cheat a bit through Easter it will be o.k. even better if you don't, but don't sweat it. It's only one day.
Weighing in here at 160 lbs (with no clothes 158)!!! I've also lost 29 inches in the last month WOO HOO!!! I went and bought myself a new outfit for Easter and I actually had lost enough of inches and weight I was able to buy a size 10! I was sooo excited!!! I haven't worn a 10 in 2 yrs. :=) O.k. I just had to share. But I still have 40 lbs to go and I'm not fooling myself it's gonna be hard ;=( I'm already a little bored with the diet so I'm trying to pep mysel up to keep from cheating.

Im practically the same weight 161.6. (I didnt go to the bathroom for 3 days)
Well. Im doing everything in my power.
Something happened today. I was trying a cute dress and they had 1 XL left. So with happiness I went in the Fitting room, and tried it on, it was too big.
The fitting room mirrors didn't scare me this time, the way it did 4 months ago weighing 173 pounds. I even saw little waist I didnt look like a round pipe.
I proudly walked out from the fitting room saying its too big for me.
Miracle words LOL.

Woo Hoo ... way to go Sheila!!!! It makes you feel good doesn't it?

Thank You+Thank You= A Big Hug for you.
Sheila♥
-
AWESOME Mimi! You go girl!!!!
Sheila--AWESOME to you too! You and Mimi are having a great streak today...cancerversaries and skinny minis!!!
I stayed the same in weight, but I dont think it's been a week for my posting my weight. Anyway, I'm on the Friday schedule for weigh in now. I have been eating very well and now I am exercising more because I can move around more, so I better lose a pound next week!!!
-
I must be eating to many calories or cheese darn it, but I did stay the same...I don't think any sugar has passed these lips now for a solid 2 weeks and I am not blowing it on Sunday either, my mantra will have to be "no bread, no bread" thank goodness my mother in law is not a cook!
-
I wish I had that restraint. I ate two pieces of See's candy yesterday. And today we are heading to wine country and my favorite cheese shop. I am soooooooo bad, If I can stay the same this week, I will be grateful.
-
Way to go Seyla! I feel your happiness as I unpacked my summer clothes. I had one shirt that didn't fit last year and was able to wear it on Friday. Sure was nice.
I'm gonna try to behave tomorrow on Easter, but I just made chocolate covered strawberries. I figured it was better than chocolate pie, right?
Happy Easter everyone, and when you are offered a chocolate egg, think this, Where in the heck did a rabbit get chocolate? Yeah, I'm not eating that!
-
ALL,
I wegh in at my exact weight of 168!!! Hilarous! I need to get focused as Hawaii is right around the corner!
I am so proud of you ladies, Renee, you are on a ROLL!!!! Okay, time for your motivation to come my way!
Hope you ladies have a good Easter, I look forward to hosting the family! I have REALLY enjoyed my quality family time, they may all be tired of me... but I am not tired of them
BIG HUGS!
Off to play WII FIT, just completed the long jog, off to do some soccer, lets see if these lbs will move in the right direction!
-
Happy Easter and Passover all! I had one dessert today (strawberry tiramisu made from pudding, cool whip, etc. tasty!) and I will have one treat tomorrow...after that...no more treats! Walking a lot!
-
Went for a walk today, planted garden it felt really good to get my hands dirty. Had to take a rest this afternoon and am a littel sore but getting out more and feeling a bit stronger all good. My DH and I plan on a walk to the woods tomorrow too!!!Hope everyone has a great Easter and eats some goodies but not too many. We are having a low fat, low sugar lemon cheesecake and no boo hoo chocolate.
