Sandy I am so sorry about your friends, They are in my prayers.

Cancer does Suck.  I have a friend of mine that her son was diagnosed with testicular cancer when he was 17.  He was in remission for 17 years and it came back last year wrapped around his ceratoid artery.  They have done chemo, radiation surgery and everything they can do and it keeps coming back very quickly.  Now they are doing a stem cell transplant and have been told this is the last thing they can do for him.  He has to move from LA to San Francisco to get this done.  I just cannot imagine my child going through something like that.  His mom travels for his treatments from NC at least twice a month.  This is one of those cases and you just do not know what to do for them.  I am doing a Pampered Chef fund raiser to try to help with some of the expenses and here at work we are trying to figure out what else we can do to raise money for them at this point.  So along the heartache and suffering, also comes the financial distress families are put under.  So it really sucks......

Well ladies TGIF.  I hope you all have a great weekend and I am looking forward to Vegas.

    Hugs

    Ladies--

Cancer definitely sucks!  I have a friend who has oral cancer that keeps coming back and they just keep cutting bits and pieces from him in the hopes of staying ahead of it.  Also my ex manager was just diagnosed with both lung and breast cancer.  Her husband has alzheimers and her family does not live near and she was laid off at the same time I was last year so things are terribly difficult for her.

I feel like we all do what we can with thoughts and prayers, fundraising and anything else we can think of and it is the only thing that keeps us sane.  Luckily, we have each other to lean on as well.

Hope everyone has a great weekend and please know that prayers are going out for all of us and our loved ones!

CANCER is extremely a hard thing to deal with as we have found out. Family- Friends, the words cut deep & for all we know from what we've learned is you die!!  Well, we are proving you can survive & fight it-still hurts when you can't do anything for those whose battle is coming to a end. I too have a dear friend going thru it-would you believe it's number 5,each cancer has been different & not related. He had a vary rare type 15 years ago-penile Cancer, they had to remove his penis so he could live-his wife was all about him living & losing that part wasn't a issue to her or him at all!! They are in their 70's & have been living life to it's fullest after that movie-Keeping the bucket-Grabing Life for everything it's worth-I find strength in him!! Plus he makes me this great Miracle fudge as we like to call it to get us thru each journey!! Prayers & Love to all!!

As far as my situation right now-a waiting game. It's to early to operate & I need to completely heal inside as well as outside. Time will make sure all the infections are gone out of my body-they seem to linger in pockets & stay domain then fester up during surgey, need time to let them all heal & work on being healthy. The only way surgery will happen is if I end up worst-which I know from experience what to look out for. I've been given the thumbs up to excerise & still go to Vegas with you in October. I see Dr./surgeon in May to follow up-so...my news is good & positive at this time-YEAH & WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Love you TA TA SISTA'S    Big hugs & Love

    Take care   CHow   XOXO Susie

I am having a pity party for myself and I knew I could come to my TaTas.  You don't mind me whining....So much distruction in the world right now...so much saddness with cancer effecting SO many....and here little ole me  shouldn't have anything to whine about.  I'm still sitting here all wrapped up...compression garment around my tummy, taped up on both sides and on my boobs....1 tube hanging out...very painful boob and sides....and I'm useless.  I can't do much around the house...well not suppose to...It's so hard for me to work my business and help with finances...stupid cancer has added to our stress of no money...I am feeling that maybe I am supposed to NOT have breasts.  Maybe my body is telling me to stop.  All of these surgeries... just for me to have breasts...I feel so selfish...and sad.

HUGS to all of you I love you my sweet TaTa Sistahs!!!

Thanks Judy, and you're probably right.  I honestly don't think I have cellulitis.  I think it is a reaction to the fat injections.  I will see my dr on Mon.  Unfortunately he was out of town when I went in on Thurs thinking I was getting cellulitis.  I'm so paranoid so I was watching for it.  But there is a big lump, it's red, and warm...and hurts like a son of a gun.  I'm not sure it's swelling from the cellulitis, or a lump from the fat injection.  I bet anything my dr will say that's the case.  Even so I'm hopeing that the antibiotic I'm on is helping.

Like we always do, we'll wait and see.  If we've learned nothing else, it's patience.. I hope it is not cellulitis,

Well I'm on antibiotic for cellulitis.  And it has calmed it down, the redness has gone down considerably.  If it is, then I caught it before the fever came.  All the other times that I had cellulitis I had no feeling in my breasts and so I only found out my breast was all swollen hot and red because I had a fever.

This time I have some feeling in my breasts and the effected area is one of the areas I have feeling in.  So the minute I saw redness and then the next day it had spread, that's when I went in.  I have learned to take notice to every little thing on/in my body.

Oh Jazzy, Jazzy...my party sister....I am so sorry.  We all have the right to have a pitty party....I think we have earned that much.  Hopefully the antibiotics take care of all the redness, and just remember when that compression garment comes off you are going to have a flat tummy and awesome tatas.....

    Hugs

Jazzy - With all the issues you have had to deal with, it is perfectly fine to feel down.  You just want to heal and to feel 'normal' again.  Rest, take it easy, and when you feel better, you will put your energy back into your business. Just give yourself time to heal!

Jazzy-sending you big hugs!  You are not selfish for wanting to have breasts!  Are you kidding?  We have the right to be happy with our bodies-whatever they may look like.  I had a lumpectomy not a mastectomy and decided that when it was time to even up the symmetry that I would have a reduction and a lift.  Had a few moments of guilt that I was "taking advantage" of my bc diagnosis to get better boobs.  Got over that in about 2 seconds flat.  I love my new boobs and they are now up on my chest where they belong.

Have a pity party all you want.  Soon you will have a smokin' body and you will forget all about this part!

Jazzy -- so glad you got the antibiotics quick!  You are going to do fine I just know it.  And you are SO allowed to have a pity party if you want... but I agree it's most likely just a post-op downer from being drugged and in pain yet again.  You'll get stronger soon and have the gorgeous breasts you deserve to have!

Thank you to all of my tata sisters....I just love you girls.  Having yet another bad day and I'm tired of it. :-(  Got the tape all taken off today...I am so much happier with my tatas now.  I just need to wait for them to do their thing before I get the nips.  Not in a hurry....although I was so dang excited over the thought of getting them I know I'm better off waiting.  All things come to those who wait.

    Thanks again girls!

    HUGS!!

    p.s. hoping wahoo's to come

Laura I love it!  I 2nd the viva las tatas!

If you haven't posted or pm'd me please do.  I need to know who wants a shirt, do you want tank or T and what size.  The t's run small, the tanks run bigger I think...I still don't know the cost and how many they have available since they are discontinued.  If I'm feeling better tomorrow I will call them.
