I'm glad you are back in the comfort of your own home. There's no place like home, LOL.
One day at a time.
It is a partly cloudy day in MA, I am watching the birds at my birdfeeders (I have several) a lot of Chickadees and Titmouse, some Chipping and Song Sparrow.
At 12:00 I will be at Papa Razzi's meeting about 15 gals here from the Boston area. Have you looked at that thread?
Makraz, I will get to meet you I hope, my GPS will show me the way.
Hugs,
Debbie R.

The day started off with such optomism and promise.
All I can say is that the last 8 hours have been most "unpleasant".
I will leave out all the details -- as they all revolve around the toilet.
I'm praying for some genuine sleep tonight & less time in the bathroom tomorrow.
On an "up-note" my wedding ring is already fitting on my finger & that brings me much happiness.
BTW: I am nominating my husband for an award. SERIOUSLY.
-
Ewwww. Yay! Awwww. I hope tomorrow is much better for you Faith!!
-
faith, hoping you get some relief from the toilet and get some rest. Hoping tomorrow will be a better day.

Great news Faith! I second the nomination for your husband!!
Get some sleep!
-
And the perfect night where Golden Globes are on.
Hey Faith, hopefully tomorrow you spend 8 hours in your living room.
Good Night!
-
Yippee, Skippy, I third the nomination. That was priceless!
-
For Faith's dh....((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))
-
Awhhh Faithie!!!! I hope today is much better!!! Those bathroom issues can be a pain in the.....um er......well, ya know......??? LOL
Hey MAK is good to see you girl!! I miss you on the housekeeping thread! How are the boys?
(((((((((((((((((Faithie)))))))))))))))) feel better today!!!
-
Aw geez Faith ... sure hope the morning brought sunshine to your area and a relief from those particular woes anyway!! As for DH's award, we'll all chip in to make sure he keeps taking awesome care of our dear friend

today i graduated from the bathroom to the couch!!!!
it was "movie-marathon" day, punctuated by nap-taking, reading and ice cream
and the occaisional sob.
someone here @ BCO sent me the kindest message and i literally was sobbing in an instant.
i covered up with my 'ribbon scarf' (which some of you probably have no idea what i'm talking about -- so i suppose it's time to 'bump' that thread...... when i was just in Louisiana those participants added another hundred or more prayer-ribbons to the assemblage.)
it is the one 'thing' that i can count on to restore my grip.
i spoke for a VERY long time to the 'outreach' BC specialist and she assures me that i am right on target for all of the various milestones -- physical & emotional.
your prayers mean the world to me.
literally.

faith...I am so very happy about your graduation, every coming day will be a better day my sister.
Big Hugs to you from NY. You should be getting it the next hour or so.
Sheila.♥

Gentle hugs Faith.
-
So glad you have something to center yourself with. And also glad that you are on schedule. You are a trooper!
(((hugs)))
-
((((((((((((((Faith))))))))))))))) you do us proud sistah!
-
Glad to hear you're on the mend. I think the emotional impact of a bilat mx is harder than the physical recovery, really. It hit me after the pain and scars had faded. And I had no "outreach" person...no one except this board. You know we're always here.
-
Ohhh good morning Faithie!! So happy to hear about the graduation.
That's one big step toward complete recovery. You'll get there-----in due time.
I'm sure it seems like it will be forever, but before you know it, you'll be flying
through the Heavens again to encourage and teach hundreds of teachers.
But in the meantime.......we've got you right where we want you.....LOL.....HERE!!
Rest and heal......I love you Faithie!!
-
Hugs to you, Faith. Hoping you have a restful day!
-
Faith, I noticed the ribbon scarf in the photo you posted. Wrap it around yourself and touch each ribbon as you feel the warmth, support and Love from each of us. We won't do hugs, even gentle ones for a day or 2 - OK? Here's to a better day, with more to come. Cyber hugs, Nancy
