Thinking Out Loud.....

Linda, I wish you could come to Papa Razzi's.
-
Deb, If I weren't such a wimp driving in bad weather, then I would!! I would have to take a couple lorazepams before I left, then I would fall asleep when I got there. I HATE driving in the winter weather. Hopefully next time.
I was in Natick today and drove by Pappa Razzis. Maybe next time we can meet there! That's only about 40 minutes from my house! -

-
i had the urge post colorful flowers. I feel better now that I did it.
Spring arrived today as you can see the pictures. What a beautiful day it was.
this should be our winter.
Did you have an exciting day everyone?
-
I went shopping for a bedroom set and a mattress. We bought one but I'm not sure it will fit in the bedroom! I will measure more tomorrow and I can always cancel. If not it will be delivered next weekend.
Today was beautiful. Thanks for the spring flowers. Did you get to spend some time outside? Are you getting snow tomorrow too?
-
What snow? are you joking?
Yes I was outdoors, walking around. Bought more fish but I put it in the freezer until Monday or Tuesday. Now back to chicken again.
Linda Did you count your nuts today? lol
-
No nuts today. I had a cheese stick intstead of nuts for my mid afternoon snack.
We are getting snow tomorrow, mid day, until Monday morning. Aren;t you?
-
i didnt check the weather today. let me google it now.
It says 100% percepitation rain nothing about snow. Will be rainy most of the week.
-
We are getting "a wintry mix". Snow and rain. I will leave my car outside and let it get washed!

DR. Linda...I bought some grapes, before I used to eat the whole bag. I was wondering if I have to count my grapes too now. #%$#
-
You can eat the grapes freely......not sure if freely is a word! Eat as many grapes as you'd like. Or, you can put them in the tiny nut bowl from last night, or was it 2 nights ago. I think last night you sinned and ate too many nuts!
-
Yes my sin was last night. you have a good idea using my little nut bowl.
I checked seedless grapes... One cup
Calories 110
Fat from calories 2%
sugar 8%
I never knew grapes or any other fruit having fat except Avocados which has the good fat.
Carbs 10%
-
Grapes have fat?????????????? Are you kidding me??????????????????
The sugar is natural sugar, that I can see.
I think we may be better off eating a snickers bar!
-
I think the more we check things the more we find out. Maybe mango has fat too. Even though its natural sugar mango must be very high natural sugar.

Dr. Linda's research shows no fat in grapes. So eat up!!
-
This is my last post about this topic.
But where it says calories 104 and fat from calories 2 or 3.
What does that suppose to mean?
Every fruit I checked it says the same thing.
-
Not sure, but my guess would be that the 2 or 3 is so minimal that it does not register on the RDA scale. It's kind of like trans fat, which is VERY bad for us. It's banned in most things BUT if the items contains less than .5 g (I think) of transfat, then the item can be labeled as transfat free. The problem is if you eat several of these so called transfat items, they add up to several grams of transfat which is VERY unhealthy!
I want to eat some transfat now...............pizza, donuts, etc. You get the picture!
-
It would sound better if they put 0% instead of 2. You got your appetite and I lost it.
I just had a glass of cranberry juice. Maybe later 10 nuts and no sin.
-
You are a good girl and I am not!! I also had a glass of cranberry jouce but I slipped some vodka into it. I hate beer, wine gives me a headache, I like vodka. WHy????
-
Why not?
-
Good point!!!
