BTW:  Why does the doctor reading the mammogram films hide in a back room and let the technicians, who can't give any information do all the talking to the frightened, sobbing, hysterical bc survivor who has come in for the annual mammogram torture session?  (That's how I spent my morning just in case it isn't obvious.)  I started crying when I was called back in for the second "extra views" session, was hysterical by the third, still haven't stopped crying.
