Thinking Out Loud.....

I have a Wii, it is fun. A Wii is a gaming system from Nintendo. They have a game called Wii Fit. You get to exercise but it's more like playing a game.
Have you ever heard of Walk Away the Pounds? It's a walking exercise video (DVD) (I'm dating myself) You basically stand in place but walk. It's easy and fun when you can't get outside. There is one that walks for 1 mile, or 2 miles or 3 etc.
Stopped snowing!
-
Rosey cheeks here, face and butt cold, just came in from shoveling. LOL
Next time I'll wear my long johns.
-
Hi Rosy Cheeks sorry about your cold body parts. lol
Linda...how is your aunt and your cousin doing?
I DONT LIKE THIS KIND OF COLD.
This computer potato here didnt do a thing today, nothing, just had a banana now
-
I must of had 30 Grey Slated Junco's at my bird feeders along will song & tree sparrows, American gold finches
noisy blue jays, chickadees and squirrels, a regular wildlife sanctuary, oh yeah, I also witnessed a falcon trying to get a blue jay but he/she missed.
-
My Aunt is doing okay, so she says. SHe's had 2 treatments so far. Another one tomorrow. My cousins surgery isn't for a couple more weeks. Thanks for asking.
It's snowing here again.....................I need summer.
My back yard abuts the Stonybrook Wildlife Sanctuary. We get all kinds of cool birds flying around!
Computer potato! LOL!! I like that one!
-
I went to Kohls yesterday, they already had Easter stuff out. OMG
My Christmas stuff is in their bins waiting to go up in the attic, I just can't get the ambition.
I'm a wildlife freak/geek. Used to have deer in my back yard when I lived in North Reading.
-
I love it too Deb. I have 5 apple trees in my yard. The deer come and eat the apples off of them. I love watching them.
Still snowing!
Can't believe they have Easter stuff out already!
-
Lit a candle for Kbug♥
-
My butt is hearting from sitting all day.
Maybe I go Easter shopping tomorrow.
-
- LOL!! You've got to be kidding me!
-
If you dont have young kids what is the Easter Shopping anyway. I used to wait until day after to get my delicious chocolate for me. Now I cant even do that. I got used to it.
A nice grany smith apple is waiting for me.
-
That is why you are losing weight! I would want a chocolate covered granny smith apple. I got one for christmas and haven't eaten it yet.
-
Take the chocolate off and eat the apple. lol hahaha
-
See, I would take the chocolate off and eat the chocolate!
-
hahahaha.
At the beginning I didnt bring any food when I was on the computer. One night kbug said I do, so the habit started all over again, remember my gold fish and everything else I used to inhale, even using a spoon so my fingers would stay clean. Those were the days. (wasnt there a song with the same name)
-
Starting tomorrow I will change my eating habits.
No sweets
More fruits and veggies
small portions. My DH bought me the Magic Bullet for Christmas, I guess I will have to make smoothies.
-
Deb were you also in Macy's fitting room? i really think anybody wants to loose wait go to a large department store where the fitting rooms are bright and big, and go alone so you wont be talking to your friend while you are trying clothes.
I think I am losing it.
-
I was in the fitting room too!
My girlfriend got the magic bullet for christmas too!
-
I just posted my story in the Middle age... Elimar Thread because i read lots of women discussing about how to loose weight.
-
Good morning. i've been up for 2 hours! I miss sleeping in, BUT I won't miss the kdis today!! lol!
-
Good Morning.
-
I'm walking inside today, too much snow.
-
Im walking outside, when I come back I have a place to complain about the cold. lol
Boys are in school, good.
DEB...How is your first day back to work is working?
Kbug..Im thinking of you, long trip today and radiation you will be tired tonight. I hope we hear from you by tomorrow♥
Foots Good luck with your tests.♥
-
Now they are home...............
Went walking indoors today. We have very few side walks and with the snow banks, I always feel like I'm about to get hit!
I'm thinking of you too Kbug. We are just counting those rad treatments down! Hope you are still smiling thinking about the birthday party.
Miss you too Foots. I'm dying to hear how it went with the new doctors. They better be treating you well!
Hello peeping Deb!
-
I walked, I froze, did most of my stupid errants like bank prescription, got a slice of salmon for tonight. DD is going to the city. I did part of my laundry. I think being home the last few days didnt help, now my back hurts, my nose is dripping. I feel out of shape today.
I am finished with my complaints. Tomorrow we spend a day with daughter, some shopping and later she wants to go to Chinese Buffet.
-
Took all day for me to play catch-up. YIKES, I was busy busy. I didn't even peep. Maybe tomorrow.
-
Yum...Beeps
Yum...Chineese buffet. What time should I be there? Ans who is "we"??? Are you dating?? Don't leave us out in the dark!!
-
Linda....".We" means my daughter and I. Dating is out of question, I was never interested and now I'm so use to be my own don't need any headaches. I know there are good men out there but my experience was a very bad one. I consider myself a virgin now. Factory was closed long time ago. lol
Be here around 5. I will eat shrimp and all the sea food, I don't know why its called Chinese Buffet, they have American food, and a dessert area, I remember when used to stuff my face,
-
Well you confused me when you wrote "tomorrow we spend day with daughter". You will probably meet Mr right someday soon since you are not looking. As long as you are happy, that's what important.
We used to have a chineese buffet that had french fries, lots of seafood...I can't remember what else but it was mainly american food with a little chineese thrown in there.
Enjoy!
-
I forgot they also have sushi, I love it, i think im getting hungry. But Im in control.
I think this restaurant has a shrimp farm, how can they effort so much shrimp, crab legs, raw shell fish, that Im not very crazy about it.
