Thinking Out Loud.....

We love you too! Glad you are in a better place today.
Are you going to the New Years Eve party?
We were supposed to have kids sleep over and so far one has cancelled due to the snow. Their Mom doesn't want to drive them, and neither to do. I just ran errands with my youngest and couldn't believe how bad the driving is!!There's only about 2 inches of snow but it's slippery!! It's supposed to keep snowing until Sunday. Yuck!
-
No Linda. Thats for the young generation. Its not a family gathering.
I'm perfectly fine here in my castle. The snow looks very peaceful.
Last night we ordered Chinese. I had beef with with broccoli and some wonton soup. Healthy enough that weight still remains the same.
I need some fruit but probably they are all frozen in their warehouses.
Hi Kbug. Hi Deb. Hi everyone.
-
I might go out to get this for tonight.
-
My party was for the younger generation too, way younger!
We'll be getting Chineese tonight if we can get out. I went and got Pizzas for the kids and put them in the fridge. I'm afraid the roads will be horrible and that way I have something to feed them!

mmmm I love Beef and Broccoli, I bought some shrimp for DH and scallops for me, made a cole slaw and going to make rice pilaf.
We were going to go to some freinds house but her DH forgot they were going to see Avatar and would not be home until 10 or 10:30. So we decided to stay home. OH WELL.
-
My DH just had beef with broccoli and I had General Gaos chicken. Yummy!
Happy New Year!
-
My DH love General Gaos chicken. Just finished eating, I cooked the scallops just right. I heard from my baby: she wrote:
Just wanted to drop you aline and let you know that everything is fine. Nick and I are having a great time.
There is no cell phone reception here - but if there is an emergency, we are at the Bugaboo Lodge with a company called CMH (Canadian Mountain Holidays) http://www.canadianmountainholidays.com/
The main phone number is 800.661.0252
There is one computer here that we can check email on in the evening, so if you want to email me here - I will try to check it tomorrow.
Happy New Year!! Love you!!
Rebekah

Deb....I can hear the joy in your writing.
God Bless All Our Children.
I love scallops. DD used to cook it. I had some walnuts for snack. It started to snow again. People in Time Square are getting wet. Its not terribly cold in 30s.
I'm nice and cozy here. I even opened a window .
Hi Linda.
Hi Kbug.
Hi Foots.
Hi Rebekah.
-
HI Guys,
Yes, I can hear the happiness in Debs post too.
Margarita is here with me, I wish you all were too!
I love scallops too!
Hi Foots, Kbug, Deb, Sheila, Rebekah and anyone else lurking!
Love ya!

I had to post on the Stage IV thread, another of my BC buddies that I met in Vegas, Watson, has hospice now. I also met Saint, they are both awesome ladies.
Damn IT!
-
I read about Watson. I am keeping her in my prayers. I have never had the pleasure of meeting her but know that she is very active on Fb and BCO. My heart goes out to her.

So thoughtful of you Sheila.
Hope you all did something fun last night.
-
Its a warm day in NY 37. I will take advantage and take a walk, I heard Arctic air and wind will be here tomorrow.
See you all later
-
Have a good walk!
-
The only exercise I got today was playing hunchback in the attic to get my bins down to put away the Christmas stuff. Just have the tree left, I think I'll wait and do that tomorrow.
-
Good Night All!
-
Good morning!
-
Good Morning. My DD says that I'm in Hawaii time.
I cant get up before 11 even if I go to bed at a normal time.
When I start reading your posts you already accomplished so much.
Oh well! How is everyone this morning? I don't feel the cold yet, I tried to take a walk yesterday, believe me it didn't feel like 37 degree.
-
Just got in from shoveling. I think this is going to be a long winter. I would rather be in Hawaii!
-
Is it snowing?
-
Yes!! I think it's supposed to stop Monday morning. We got about 5 inches so far, on top of the 3 from the other day. It's snowing very lightly now. Supposed to get heavier Sunday night again. Those little darlings of mine better have school on Monday!!
-
We got about that much also. DH and I went to check on my DD's cats, route 3 was terrible. We saw 4 accidents. Rebekah is in Banff now, so I can communicate with her via e-mail. She will be home the 6th. Back to work for me on Monday, grrrr.
-
Did ya click on the link in the e-mail she sent me up above? I don't think I would have the balls to do that type of skiing, scary.
-
There is a youtube link, I think that is exactly what they did.
-
Why am I not seeing the link??
Just got back from sledding and snowboarding with the kids. It's snowing like crazy again. Stopped and got some fish for dinner.
