Pure- Always think of you while I am swimming and this last time I decided it was a good time for prayer so I said a prayer for you and Killian with each lap. It was really very peaceful and I had such happy thoughts for you everything HAS to be good.
I am so anxious to hear all the details of a happy delivery (now that you are officially full-term).
-
Pure, God bless you and your family. What a trying time for you. Will you be having the baby soon?
-
Sherri/Dc Mom-Thank you sooo much-that means so so much to us both:)
KodaPants-I am being induced the 11th. I go on Monday to see how I am progressing.
-
Wow, the 11th is coming up quick! How are you feeling?
-
well-I feel fine but I can't really walk or get around so I am so frustrated.
-
I just saw your post and had to respond. I was just diagnosed when my son was almost 7 weeks old. I have the same fears that he will not know me and will have someone else being his mother.
But I have faith things will be fine and I will be around for years to come. It is so overwhelming the hormones.
My first treatment is done and now just waiting for my hair to fall out. I am thankful my little guy will not remember any of this crap I am going thru!
Hugs and good luck...oh yes my son was born at 36 weeks but I see you will be induced next week.
-
Hi Allison-yes next week he will be 37 weeks so we should be good to go. Then I start 12 weeks of taxol then I am done. I am sorry you feel so bad-I am not looking forward to that part.
Are you doing rads as well?
-
Hi Pure - yes I am doing the TCHx6 every 3 weeks, then herceptin every 3 weeks until December 2010. I will do surgery after chemo and then 5days a week for 6 weeks of rads.
It will be a long year. We have a family vacation with about 20 of us going on a cruise in November, it is something to look forward to but I will be have a mx and I am kind of nervous about not having one breast. We'll see how the year goes.
Keep us posted on your doctor visit. are you doing a c-section?
-
no c-naturally. My counts are really good so no need any thing special or different. Wiht that said bayb has been through chemo and surgery so I am praying for a healthy baby.
-
glad you are still pregnant Pure - i've been thinking of you while travelling.
-
Pure- I think it's only one week right? January 11th is inducement date? Next Monday we will meet and greet Killian! Oh so glad your here Pure (and so angry you had to be) with such a wonderful event we can all look forward to...
