My Onc told me to watch for pain that "woke me up at night."

I try to discount all the little aches and pains we all get.I really think focusing on them can make them worse. I would imagine "real" pain never goes away, it just doesn't pop up when you get to thinking about it. .

This was great to read here, but it left me wondering whether to wait to Jan 8th, when I have my next onc visit, or if I should call.  For a month now, I have been freezing cold.  Up til now, for about a year, I've been boiling hot with the Arimidex, etc.  Slept with ice packs, fans -- you know how it goes.  I'm in florida, and everyone has their air conditioning going.  But here I am, socks, slippers, three sweatshirts, robes, three quilts on my bed and I can't get warm ---- ever.  Is this something worth mentioning????  Sometimes I feel like a paranoid fanatic who reads cancer into every chill bump, but would hate to let it go too long if it is a sign of something.  Chills is NOT listed on the bottle of Arimidex as a side affect.
