    Barbe, help!! I am letting stress get to me and it is doing a rare bit of damage on my work load. New judge's directives are stressing me out, cause am not entirely sure what he wants from me (i think he is confused by the whole mess created by the 1st judge!!) and I am feeling cross that I have to feel the pressure and rehash the whole mess again for them when it is the first judge who should be sweating!! I am meeting a newly dx woman in the next few days for a chat and to help her along with her "BC journey" but I have to get all this out of the way 1st. I don't like to do stress, I can usually transform it into something positive, but today.. President stressed out and a tad bluuuuueeeehooohoooo.(for those reading that don't know this is re a flawed in law directive relating to a special needs statement issued for my DS).

    Neeeeedddddd a huggggggg.

    Sending what vibes I got in return and thanks.

    {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{  SHINY }}}}}}}}}}}}}}

    As President, you have to learn to delegate. Now, think! Who can help you with this? There must surely be a social worker or someone else following this case that heard the first judge's boo-boo. Or, you must pull the cancer/female/mother card and beg the 2nd judge to take some time to assess the 1st guys boo-boo. He has to read it and explain it, not you! You're the "victim" (God I hate that word) The new judge has to explain and defend the decision not you. So if HE is confused, can you ask him to just make a new judgement? Does all that make sense, Mr. President?

    I know you want to help a newbie out, but is this the right time to spread yourself any thinner? Or are you the kind of gentle soul that meeting the newly diagnosed woman will HELP you? You have to be honest right now sweetie. This is no time to be a martyr. You come first, your son second and the new lady is way after everyone else in your life. That's why the flight attendants tell you to put your OWN oxygen mask on first and THEN your childs. You can't do it if you're passed out from trying to help your child. Now put some oxygen on!!!!! Surprised

    ((((((((((((bunies))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

    I have just emailled the bulk of what I hope is what the judge wants, then rang up and explained toi the clerk to let me know ASAP what if anything I missed so I can comply within the deadline. I made it clear that I have worked hard enough on this and that I am damnnn if I am not going to get heard by the upper tier, that the privious judge made such a hash of it all, and my sweat deserves a hearing!

    Thank you my loveys, thank you for helping me today, as ever.

    Thanks Barbe, I do love to help newbies gain perspective and I feel priviledge to be able to help. It is very good both ways and I do get a reward from helping them. Thanks Honey. BTW, there isn't a social worker or anyone like that, but usually I get my priorities pretty ok.

    Thank you darlingggggggggggggggggggggsssssssssssssssssssss

    love

To be honest, I have not had much time here and so always check in w/ my girls first and then run out of time to check other threads... maybeI should avoid all together? So very sorry you are getting beat up ...I know you have no hidden anythings... what you see is what you get...they are just plan crazy

    Shiny...you are always in my thoughts and prayers girl.  Like the others said, be sure to take care of YOU, so you are able to care for you two little cuties Wink.

    Good girl Shiny! Now it's in the Lords hands, you've done all that you can. Go meet that newbie and have a good chew.

    Elaine, it's NOT a Stage IV thread! That's what's so stupid. They are trying to rustle up a political issue again.

    ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((DUSTBUNNIES))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

    I just quickly browsed through and will go to sleep tonight sending up prayers for you all.  I would appreciate some prayers for my dd too.  She had back surgery today and we had to have her at the hospital at 5 a.m.  Were up by 3:15 a.m. and it was a lonnnnnng day.  Thankfully her surgery was at the same hospital that my rads are at sooo I got to get them in.   She's in alot of pain and they're giving her morphine sooooooooo if you could send a prayer or two up for her tonight it would be appreciated.   I left her in tears and it about broke my heart.... My Trent (gs) just left a few minutes ago and I think dh and I are going to eat a bit of dinner and get to bed.  Rads and picking her up tomorrow...unless they decide to keep her another night.

    Shiny.....

    Oh Arnie.....It's almost been a year since my DH went through his 5th Back Surgery! It can be hard the first few days ..... the pain can be a lot ..... I hope they can get on top of the pain real quick....A day or 2 & things should start to calm down. I wonder if it is Muscle Spasms & if she is getting medicine for that....Something to ask....All those Nerve endings that have been disturbed or have been released from what ever pinch they were in.....(that is if that was the problem). They can react in a negative way BIG TIME!!!! I only hope that in a day or so things will calm down greatly.
