I am the porcupine with all the marshmallows to share around the campfire.
-
I am one of those rabbits over there thats fixing to come grab some of them marshmallows to toast and eat. I'd like an irish coffee too. I think my DH is one of the owls watching over everything to make sure it runs smoothly and keep the wood cut and the fire cooking.
-
Deb that is a fun picture...I must be the rabbit as I was just looking at one in my
front yard...
-
Deb loved the pic it is so cute. Gather up near the fire and lets chat away the night.

I used to live in a haunted house in Ky.......We lived in this 100 plus yr old 2 story house in Gulston, Ky.....It had 13 stairs going to the second floor.....Every night we would be awakened by a breeze blowing down the hallway...Mind you we had a window on the second floor but it was nailed shut.....After the wind would blow we would hear a terrifying howl......Also there was the ghost of a coal miner who would come and stand in the doorway of our bedroom and just stare at us..Then he would walk into our sister Liz's bedroom and disappear!........This was an almost nightly occurance too.....My sister Fran lived in a haunted house too.....Hers was haunted by someone she knew!.....She thinks he was trying to tell her something cause he always walked past her and into the kids' bedroom and go into the closet and disappear.....Also Fran lived in one house with a ghost that scared her youngest daughter half to death.....Her daughter was lying on their couch in this one house in Mary Alice, Ky, and she shot straight up off the couch screaming for bloody murder....It was only last year that Fran found out why...Turns out a really scary old woman was coming toward her daughter and singing a really creepy song and then just disappeared when she got really close......We have a few haunted houses here in Georgia but I won't go near them!.....

Oh cool, I love scarry stories.
-
Our museum is having a Dia de los Muertos display for this
weekend..

Dropping by to say hello. Been looking through Holiday magazines I've bought for some new/different cookie recipes this afternoon. I fell asleep though - damp and very cool here this afternoon. Went to church and then home for soup - having some back issues.
I logged on and saw that TripNeg/Stephanie lost her fight a few days ago - breaks my heart. This has been a hard year.
Draw the circle closer; keep the fire, encouragment, warmth and friendship going as many need to be in the center. I'm tossing on a few logs and enjoying some hot chocolate.
Hugs and blessings to all.
-
Came to get some cookies and I brought some Dark Hot Chocolate to drink.
I will relax by the fire and throw a log of peace for Trip/Neg family and any others
in need of it. I see the about my tests this week too. So I want to relax by friends.
Courage and Strength to all.
