I am eating some soup! A little early but I was hungry. I was out early this morning so no time to eat.

Good Morning. I just hang up the wash outside (from yesterday) no more rain.
Today I walk. Weight is climbing again lol. See you ladies later.

Soup is good at any hour. It is great weather here today also.

Linda's having dinner for breakfast. I can live on soup, i love it so much.
I'm still home, didn't take a walk yet, but I'm ready to go now.

all the talk about cleaning is making me sleepy, think I will take a nap soon

I had a nap so I feel draggy not my best plan for the day. Never did run my errands will have to tomorrow.

got back little while ago. I should be doing this every day. Im tired.
I studied some vitamins that it was soy free.
Have to ask my DR.

Good idea to ask dr. We have to be so wary of so much.

It's amazing how many vitamins have soy. Soy is in everything!

That is like wheat is in alot of foods. I use to could not eat much wheat or had problems. Once we have to label read we get amazed.

Wheat is Gluten, isn't it? I have a friend who allergic.

I am going to watch biggest loser. I sent a email to the uso in okinawa where my son is to see if lil info I have they can get him his birthday cake to him. Pray about this last year couldnt do it he was training in Korea. Thanks ladies...

well got a email back need one piece of info . So emailed Josh and asked the one more thing and said dont ask just answer.lol waiting to hear back.So I have been crocheting a scarf and watching tv and keeping mind busy lol

It must be tomorrow afternoon there about 15 hour difference right?
Ive been looking for a camera since May. I am waiting for a good deal at Amazon.com. I got their credit card so I could have $30.00 credit with my first purchase. I can always use disposables but i really want a digital camera specially before Christmas.
I will stay on another few minutes. Have a good night.
Its getting cold maybe i should bring the plants inside.
