Happy Happy Birthday, dear Neesie! You and yours are in my prayers everyday.
Love the cupcakes, Wings.
Just had an MRI in place of my 6-month mammo - wow, I'm not sorry I missed one before. That's one hot, airless little headrest by the time you're done.
-
I was going to put one smiley face for every year of my age..................ummmmmm, NOT going to happen..............I'd be sitting here all night!
Thanks to all of you for the Birthday wishes!!
Hugs,
Denise

YAY SUE!!!!! Darn, my cool clapping smiley didn't work.
Arnie- welcome to the Michigan thread. How'd you get so many posts in such a short time ? You must not be introverted like me. lol
-
JudyRock - I found us one page back! Will let you know if we get to Grand Haven this summer. That would be fun getting together.
Sue - So happy for you on the NED!
Hi to Arnie, checkum and Faith - Stop by anytime.
Wings
-
Glad you found the Michigan post, Wings. Something weird is happening with the Board.
Wonderful news Sue! Here are Judy's clapping hands.
Hi Everyone!
Would anyone want a last minute Zoo trip for Saturday?
-
Wings- I looked all the way back to FEB and didn't see us- D'uh, glad you found us.
Nancy, not sure if I could do this Saturday yet.
-
Good afternoon girls!
Thanks to all for the b'day wishes and cakes!! From Redneck to fancy colors..........if they have sugar, they have to be delicious!
Sue............A big NED dance out for you!!
Bonnie, Nancy and JRock.............What the Heck are you talking about???? We're we lost???? You know I have a fragile mind!
Nancy...........The Zoo the next couple weekends isn't going to work for me.......sorry. If some of you do go make sure you go super early cuz it gets packed on weekends!
Hugs,
Neesie
-
Neesie - Don't worry your pretty little head off.....just follow me....haha Does that sound familar? I think we both said that at the walk and we never did find Nancy we just walked around in circles. Yes we were missing our MI page for some strange reason and JudyRock started another page but have no fear I found old one.
Nancy - Mr. Wings has next 2 weekend offs so I will have to bow out of Zoo also. He does not get many weekends off and when he does he gets me all to himself.....poor thing!
Plus we are on baby call! Waiting for Grandbaby to arrive soon.....I hope!

Sue ~ CONGRATS ON NED !!!!!!!!
Also, Boo-Hoo, the Red Wings will have to wait another year to raise that Cup... Wishful thinking, no, positve thinking!
((hugs))

Wings - I'm doing the same thing since Mr. Sphynx is off for the summer but has Saturday plans which is kind of rare for him. I think I might wrangle Skinny Carol to go to Mexican Town to a bakery where we can stuff ourselves silly. Like the pie place, she told me about this bakery that sounds like heaven. We keep threatening to go there some morning really early. We can plan the zoo another time. Can't wait to hear about grandbabies.
Hi Val, Neesie, Sue, Judy ... whoever is around! Hope everyone has a great weekend.
-
Val, yep it was a bummer the Wings didn't win the cup. I truly think The penns were just plain "hungrier". We'll steal it back next season
-
Hi all...how are you? I have really been enjoying summertime in MI. I have been out in my gardens every chance that I get and they are looking just fine. And this weekend I will head upnorth for a 10 day vacation on Lake Huron. It should be fun!
Wings-baby yet? Our grand daughter is due 7-11, but we think she will be early.
Judy-great on finishing of your chemo. I hope that you are doing well.
Denise-how is your husband?
Everyone else-how are you and when do we want to schedule our next meeting? The zoo seems like a neat idea or the park would be good as well. -
Calling all breast cancer sisters in MI and beyond... can you do me a favor? I know this is off the topic and I hope it's okay to post this but...I am trying to win a contest for my son (to meet his idol - Joe Perry, Aerosmith)... all you have to do is click on this link and click on the thumbs up icon to vote for our entry (legit site, legit contest, MOST deserving young man!)... can you please help me? Just trying to bring a little joy into my son's life after all this depressing /chemo stuff... voting is only June 23-26... please vote? It'll only take a second... help me bring joy to this boy!
Thank you so much! P.S. It says you can only vote once, but if you have more than one computer I think you can vote twice.. lol We are only in second place by about 30 votes and voting ends Friday!!!

Max just got my vote, too!
Hoping all are well...........and knowing I should get over here and check on you all more often. My Mind is just a bit more flakey then normal............(I here what you're thinking!)
Chris and all, thanks for asking about husband...............He's doing..............11 treatments down and a undetermined amount left..........some SE's lately but the biggest one was all the edema....that has greatly improved this week thanks to the diuretics....................... he'snot so crazy about getting up 3 times a night to Pee though!
Lot's of ups and downs.........step forward, step backward.............you all know the drill...(unfortunately)........I know I left alot out, just having a hard time posting on public boards right now..............However.......PM's will 'eventually' get answered!

Got up on the last day of voting and Jarred the Man Fan is 75 head (he has 1162, we have 1087). I pictured him sitting up all night clearing his cookies and revoting. Well, winning like that is very sad for the man-fan. Help me win legit and give my son the thrill of a lifetime! Please forward this to anyone who can click and vote today....Let's help one of the good guys win for once!! By some miracle, can we catch him and pass him by 5p ? Help! vote as many times as it'll let ya! (and with diff. computers!)
