    False Jo. Haven't given up yet. Keep on working hard to maintain the 10 pounds I've lost this spring. Very hard to manage when I'm on the road.... it jumps back so quickly -- when I am unable (or choose) not to be diligent.

    Yesterday I did walk the four mile loop at our metro-park and I'm sure that's a good start to the wekk.

    The next person will plant bulbs, in anticipation of summer color.

    The next person watches the "Big Bang Theory" on TV. (I think it may be my favorite show..... certainly my favorite comedy. I was such a nerd in high school.)
