"What can I remember, notice now or look forward to that
makes me happy and fills my heart with joy?"Isn't it true that those you would do the most for are those that you love the most?
We sometimes go to great lengths to continue the work or fulfil the wishes of the people we love even after they pass on, don't we?
Its love.
The devotion for something or someone other than us that makes us do this.
It's love and passion that drive us to do well the things that others struggle with.
It's often love that keeps us from giving up.

To live a life without inspiration can be a life without any real joy or passion.
In moments where you need a little pick me up or a reminder of the many great things you have in your life you can turn to the power of inspirational words and sights.
Keep a collection of inspirational sayings in your toolkit that resonate with you so you can get more done and still feel great!

INSPIRATION COMES IN MANY FORMS. : )

-
The daily renewing of our minds
by the Spirit of truth is key to gaining wisdom.
It's the very thing that lays out our inner road map
directing the paths by which we should go.

Sometimes we are bogged down by aches in the body.
That is the time you are reminded of that part of the body.
It is only when the head aches that we realize that we have a head.
Most of the times who even remembers having a head or legs or arms.
But when the pain takes over there is hardly anything else that one can think of.
As we are all aware today through recent findings that 90% of our problems are psychosomatic in nature. When we are low and depressed we invite illnesses unconsciously.
It is our Unconscious Mind that is responsible for our state of body most of the times.

Shine...
- When the Maker made the stars, he wanted some to be big, some to be bright and some to be smaller stars.
- They are all important to Him.
- Go back to the place where the Maker has put you * shine your best and shine your brightest, even if it is in a very dark corner.
- Show the Maker that you can shine well, even if your light is small.
- Shine your light just for Him.
- Never forget the Maker knows all things.
- He knows that you want to be important, but He needs to know that he can trust you in little things.
- Do not let Him down.
-
Give up harsh words.....use generous ones
Give up unhappiness....take up gratitude
Give up anger....take up gentleness and patience
Give up pessimism....take up hope and optimism

I am certain of nothing but of the holiness of the
Heart's Affections and the truth of the Imagination.
John Keats -
Don't "muddle" through life... there is help and hope...
your tomorrows do not have to be like your yesterdays. You can make it.
You can implement changes and carry through with them.
You don't have to go it alone.
Seek the LORD and seek wisdom.
You will find Him and you will find peace and joy.
Your life will not always be the same as it is today;
There will be another chapter. -
After A While
After a while you learn
the subtle difference between
holding a hand and chaining a soul
and you learn
that love doesn't mean leaning
and company doesn't always mean security.
And you begin to learn
that kisses aren't contracts
and presents aren't promises
and you begin to accept your defeats
with your head up and your eyes ahead
with the grace of woman, not the grief of a child
and you learn
to build all your roads on today
because tomorrow's ground is
too uncertain for plans
and futures have a way of falling down
in mid-flight.
After a while you learn
that even sunshine burns
if you get too much
so you plant your own garden
and decorate your own soul
instead of waiting for someone
to bring you flowers.
And you learn that you really can endure
you really are strong
you really do have worth
and you learn
and you learn with every goodbye, you learn...by Veronica A. Shoffstall

Dear Lord.
Please. Help me to snap out of it.
Amen.
Sahalie

Sahalie dear you are such a sweet creative sensitive soul. God knows your heart. You have been through so much so I am asking God to give you peace and happiness and help you get through this dark period you are feeling and be your normal positive wonderful generous self again. Amen.

Thank You Spar.
Planning a wedding is extremely exhilarating and exhaustive all at the same time.
But so fun and worth it all while life wanders about.

TO EVERYTHING * THERE IS A SEASON.
TIME TO PLANT ONE OR A HUNDRED OF THESE.

EARTH DAY IS EVERY DAY.
PLANT WHERE YOU ARE.
-
Inspiration is a fragile thing
just a breeze
touching the green foliage of a city park
just a whisper from the soul of a friend.
Just a line of verse clipped from some book.
Inspiration
who can say where it is born and why it leaves us?
Who can tell the reasons for its being or not being?
Only this * I can think.
Inspiration comes from the Heart of Heaven to give the lift of wings
and the breath of divine music to those of us who are earthbound.

Beautiful words which reminds me of you. hugs and love.
-
Not always does God give to you
The things you ask in prayer.
You'll wonder if He's listening,
Does He really care?
But God knows what is best for you
According to his plan.
So, meanwhile, don't be anxious,
Just pray to understand

Living "fresh" is something we should strive for each day.
Awakening with a new fresh attitude gives you leverage in life.
Thinking fresh, living a wholesome life, eating fresh healthy foods; taking a more active interest in your own health and well-being.
Remove toxic foods and people from your life, release all non-essentials and lighten your work load; laugh more.
All of these components will assist your body in performing at its optimum. By incorporating these ideals in your lifestyle you will begin to eliminate stress, think clearer, and enjoy life to the fullest.
So....Start - Now!

The 3 R's of Self-Care
1. RECOGNIZE your own signs of stress ( shallow breathing, digestive changes, skin problems, trouble sleeping, irritability).2. Develop healthy ROUTINES ( balanced meals, exercise, time with friends, pursuing interests, sleep).
3. Learn and practice RELAXATION ( breathing exercises, meditation, yoga).

"Too often we underestimate the power of a touch,
a smile,
a kind word,
a listening ear,
an honest compliment,
or the smallest act of caring,
all of which have the potential to turn a life around."
~ Leo Buscaglia
-
"If the sight of the blue skies fills you with joy,
if a blade of grass springing up in the fields has power to move you,
if the simple things of nature have a message that you understand,
rejoice, for your soul is alive..."
