Our Escape

Linda, I usually end up in the spare room by the end of the night.
-
That lamp is hung WAY too high! Looks like a hotel room anyway.
-
Too funny Jo!!!!
-
ELVIS has left the building?????????? Where did he go? OMG. I'm still trying to figure out what lamp is too low or high or whatever it is. LMAO.
-
Sharon, the dog in the bed with his laptop; the lamp is so high you'd have the lightbulb in view while you're reading. Bad, very bad.
-
Jo---dahling----I'm back
-
Hello dahling......it's been a loooooonggg time.....(or is that Conway Twitty)
-
-
Hooowwwdeeeeeeee!!!!!!
-
I have this playing in my car all the time!!! One of my VERY favorites!!!
Told ya'll I was COUNTRY
-
Got LE Barbe, don't read in bed. Too uncomfortable to hold the book.
-
So, put a sunlamp bulb in that lamp and y'all can get an all-over tan while you sleep!
-
Or set something with yeast under the light and they could call in bed & bread
"Get your muffin baked while you sleep" LOL
-
Good morning escapees. Happy day all.
-
Gee, that's just darn cute JO! I like to see the cats taken care of...after all dogs have houses!
-
The kids are outside, the house is now my escape! I wonder how long that will last. More rain again today!
-
This thread is doing great things for my endorphines
-
Good morning Escapees!! Hope you all enjoy your escape today:)
Merilee, so glad your endorphines are doing good...hehe
It DOES help to stay on the "lighter" side of BC sometimes, doesn't it?
Oohhhh all the cute dogs, cags, frogs, COUNTRY music!!!
Jo....I like "old country" too!! My dad started me on that when I was born:) He could imitate most of them that's been posted here. Every Saturday night we would watch the Grand Ole Opry and Hee Haw!!! Remember Buck Owens, Roy Clark?...
Hey look Sharon....there's a banjo. Do YOU remember Hee Haw? Not sure if they had that show in your country or not??
-
awwhhhh Jo!!!!!!! Those were the days!!! The good 'ole days
-
I'm lost in this country music world. I don't knwo who these people are. But, I'm from Boston and country music just started getting popular here. I'm sure that's the country music that you think is not coutry music. My kids think they listen to rock and roll and I just laugh at them! That crap is NOT rock and roll. Although thye do like a lot of old rock and roll thanks to guitar hero!
-
Yep, we got Hee Haw up here. Ah sure do luv that there banjo pickin'. I think DH knows all those groups above. Me, not so much. But I love the sound of a great banjo player.
Where is Checkum today? Don't tell me she's at work AGAIN!!
-
Hey......yeah.....where IS Checkum?? Ya working Checkum? Ya planing? Ya escaping?
Oh wait.......I think I see her...
-
I think Hee Haw is Canadian. Don't mean to scare you, but I had a cousin who's father was on it....
As for country, a lot of the country today is actually country-rock. As for rock and roll, if the base of your throat isn't pulsing, it ain't rock.
-
There I am LOL (I wish)---- working (or at least trying to work today) we just finished laying off another 100 people yesterday so the mood is ugly!
Anyway, had another massage by the PT - feeling a bit better things are improving.
-
Improvement!! Great to hear that Checkum.
Sorry about all the crap at work.
-
Way to go Checkum!!! Are you doing this yet?
I know I can't do it, and I wonder if I'll ever be able to again:)
-
I can't with a full bladder.
-
my chest area is coming along nicely --- it is the scar across my back that is going to need some work according to the PT --- and I can't really reach back there. She did show me a few I can do to move fluid from the chest area down to the groin.
-
Nope coonie --- that would be one heck of a site if I even tried to do that LOL
-
Checkum, I know it's been a tough time and I don't mean to make light of it all.
But is this one of the people who got let go?
