    Linda its just one little old peach tree, with teeny tiny fuzzy peach balls starting to form but I'm loving it. I also want to plant a plum and pear tree and maybe even an apple or two in the backyard.

    Lori, too funny! It is more like a job every day keeping up isn't it? And so much more rewarding!

    Linda, I'm hoping that's what IE meant too, or that means I'm out of the loop....sigh.

    I just have to know why y'all do so much laundry? Why don't you buy more clothes or not wash them every time you wear them? I thought a lot of you guys are on water restrictions.

    Sweet sunny morning dawns.

    And I've stripped our bed and have the linens washed already. Since I'm the only one home for the next week this is of special significance & I give you 'cleaners' all the credit! I'm not washing the sheets for anyone else's benefit, but my own. I woke up & was delighted to realize that I deserve clean sheets -- and that feeling of 'ahhhhhhh' that comes from crawling into a sparklie bed.

    ***And I figured that if I don't get the thing remade I can always sleep in our guest room tonight. LOL

    You gals are doing wonders for my attitude. (Just what I needed.)

    Don't think I'm up to housework today...heehee... gonna be 74 degrees before the weather starts back downhill tomorrow...faithandfifty...love crawling into clean sheets...mmmmmm can't believe you already have that done this mornin'  barbe buying new clothes!  would have to have dh get second job! ha! makraz and barbe yes, IE means Internet Explorer...felt soooooo silly...Deb was trying to tell me to open a new window for pics...

    Barbe- I do so much laundry because of my kids.  They are boys and are always wet and muddy.  Even in the middle of the winter when everything is frozen, they come in wet and muddy.  They play hard and have lots of fun, so I guess I can't complain.  OF course my teenager changes several times a day just because.  Thank God I don't have girls!  I can only imagine the amount of laundry I'd be doing!  I have a well so no water restrictions on me.

    Think I'll go throw another load in!

    Good morning! It's pouring rain here and has been since yesterday. It's supposed to slack off this afternoon, so DH is taking me out to dinner. I haven't been out to eat since the surgery!! Heck, I've barely left the house. Really, really looking forward to getting out!!

    Good day everyone.   My puter is fixed and I am recovering from the withdrawal.   You have all been busy, busy -- I cannot possibly catch up on all the posts I missed.   

    I have to brag a bit - since I had no puter, I kept busy cleaning off the desk and cleaning out the drawers.  Moved it back into my "office area" (spare bedroom).  Vacuumed, dusted, wiped down kitchen cupboards, mopped the floor, one car full to donation center, trip to the bank and grocery store, sorted closet and color coded outfits, put up a lattice fence on my patio for privacy, and of course laundry.    I made a snack for my son, who fixed my puter. He could be the Kraft Mac and cheese commercial - always a staple in MY house.   Anyone know how to make fried mac and cheese?   I know the cholesterol is not good, but it tastes sooooo yummy...

    Mary you keep that rain in Texas for a little bit, we have had it for so long this one sunny day is heavenly right now!  In fact there were only a few yard sales going on today. Guess everyone wants to be out and about.

    Well we are heading up to Louisville to see the Thunder over Louisville firework display. Its a huge deal every year. I looooove fireworks.

    Dejaboo we are missing you on here girl, don't think we won't come looking for you!

    Linda my 9 yr old changes clothes constantly too. I am gradually thinning out the closets though so it is more manageable.

    In fact I am starting to notice that there is light starting to form at the end of this housecleaning tunnel. Its getting easier to get caught up finally. I figure if I keep plugging away it will have a hard time getting messed up to begin with.

    Lori you are right about all the posts but it is fun to keep in touch. I"m glad our screens are designed to go to the last place we left off so its easier to keep up.

    Arnie you are getting so good at those pics pretty soon you will be having to show me your tricks!

    ok, so last night I washed my floors, dusted and vacuumed. I am doing good doing a lil something each day. or at least trying to.

    This thread does move fast...fun ti try to keep up.

    Gorgeous day here today but I am working til4 pm. But at least I will stilll have 4 hours of light to enjoy!!

    To all of you.....Julz, TexasRose, NancyD, Sahalie, Hollyann, Mumayan, Candie, Flash, Ina, BKC......and anybody else. Sorry if I missed anyone. I'm still in "vacation" mode:)

    Mom- The fedex truck was too funny!!! I never did get my teeth though:) Had to go the whole trip WITHOUT them. Of course, I fit right in up thar in them Ozark Mountains:) It looks like you've had  your work cut out for you. I saw somebody was having to write lines.......ooooooooohhh....somebody's in trouble:)

    Mak- I especially liked the teeth eating chocolate. I confess!!! I ate chocolate on my trip:) Oh yeah!!!!!!! And I think I saw your GRANDPA!!!!!!!!!!! ALOT!!! We must have seen 100 cops on the road this time. Grandpa's been working really hard, huh? hehe

    Kak- I just have to ask about Foxy:)  I'm a dog person (well, actually ANIMAL person). I would love to see a pic of Foxy. Hope you had a great birthday!!! They're more special every year, aren't they? Oh.....we went to Branson, Missouri.....beautiful Ozark Mountains. And.....we took our two dogs with us.....Lucky and Opie......they're dachshunds and have been going with us since they were wittle pups.....they're now 13 and 14 years old :(

    Ebann- Loved the easter pic of the little baby hineys......tooooo cute!

    Sharon - Now I KNOW you didn't eat chocolate for breakfast on Easter morning, now did you??!!! I thought about you EVERY time I heard some banjo picking, and of course all that grinning with NO TEETH!!! Seems to go hand in hand in them thar hills......hehe

    Shiny - Girl!!!!!!!!!!! I went in every WalMart I could find!!! That means I thought about you the WHOLE trip!!! I even took some pics of some. People probably thought I was crazy taking pics of Walmart.......but hey, I gotta take pics for my friends!! I'll try to post some later. Hope you're having a wonderful trip!!! I loved the story about your kids. That sounds really special. They're lucky to have you for a mom!!! Can't wait to hear about your trip.

    Kathleen - It's soooo good to see you here too. I've gotta get over to the cutie thread to see what you've been up to there. You always find some good ones:)

    Deb-from-Ohio - I love the story of your dad's dog eating his TEETH!!! Your poor dad!!! Did he have to get new ones, or did he just "gum" everything after that? My dad used to take his teeth out, put them in his shirt pocket to eat some things. He said it tasted better without his teeth:) hehe

    EWB - It's good to see you post. Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't you gonna look for a kitty cat soon? I may have you mixed up with someone else, but I thougt it was you:)

    Barbe - Girl......I caught bits and pieces of your story. Hope you're feeling better now. Did you ever get your oncology report straightened out? I hope you've found an oncologist! Oh......and it sounds like your life is much better without the ex OR his trophy wife! Your avatar pic is gorgeous!!!

    2new1's - How are you doing girl? Hope all is going ok with you. Looks like you've been a little quiet. Maybe you're just really actually CLEANING :) hehe

    Stacy - Ok......now I read where your 1st ex AND your mom were visiting!! Were they there at the same time??!! Must be some awfully good people!!! It sounds like your mom should just take turns at all of our houses. She can come to mine next. I have dozens of loads of laundry to do.

    Cathi- I've thought about you and your DD all week. I hope everythiing is going ok. Hope Margo is good too. She's so cute!! She'll be teenie tiny even when she's grown, huh?
