Oooohhhhh I got an award
OK...let me regroup here. I DO have a speech. OK.....oh I'm so nervous!! OK.......first of all, I'd like to thank BCO for allowing us to come on these boards and meeting our fellow BC sisters......ok. regroup, um um........then I'd like to thank all my SISTAHS
....um ....for allowing me go ramble on and on about stuff that they really care nothing about,........and um....I'd like to thank the company that made my computer,........and um, I'd like to thank my DH and DD for LETTING me spend so much time on BCO,. and ummmm, wait....I need to regroup again...
I'd like to thank all my friends that I've met on BCO......I've met a wonderful friend in Canada,......oh wow, NEVER thought I would ever meet anybody in Canada!, and ummmm.....well, I've made friends with a wonderful lady in Ohio.......but she travels all over the place, so I'm not sure where she is today
oh.......and I have a WONDERFUL friend in Washington State,............and um Texas, NH, Kentucky, PA, IL, FL, Barrie ON, MA, BC, England, (who would have ever thought ENGLAND?), I go to walmart for her, ummm....wait, I need to control my tears
and my shaking hands......another from VA, CA, AZ, TN, MS,NC, SC,GA, OK,...........and I could just go on and on , but I do appreciate this award so much, and if it weren't for all my friends at BCO, this wouldn't have been possible. So.....I share this award with all of you!!! sniff sniff...........and I would like to explain that some of my post have been from the games, so I really don't yack all that much, and some of my posts were just one word posts. OK.......thank you again----------everybody--------------Especially to the Housekeeping Group. You keep me on my toes and my house fairly clean. Thank you and God bless you all!!! sniff sniff
-
Geez Coonie, I really thought you'd lost it till I checked back. I had missed the award giving and no wonder! Sniff sniff, I didn't get one. But SHEESH GIRL, that was one mighty fine acceptance speech. LMAO. (You forgot to thank the Acadamy
)
-
OOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhhhh nooooooooo!!! I CANNOT accept this award. My friend Sharon has wayyyyyyyyy more posts than I do. So....I gladly pass my award over to her
And I'd like to also thank the Acadamy, The People's Choice Awards, etc etc.......OK........now Sharon......we need an acceptance speech from YOU!!
-
LOL, Coonie, you should get it. That speech would be impossible to top. That in itself is worth an award.
-
I'd rather take the cash!!
-
You mean they're giving cash instead of that DUMPY tropy??!!!
I INSIST you take first prize Sharon. I don't mind taking the cash. I know you'd love the trophy anyway, go put up in your home to admire EVERYDAY!!
-
Coonie please don't ever leave this thread you are the best speech maker ever
Sharon how could I have missed your posts!!!! Please accept this award with all our love and appreciation.
-
See Sharon!!!!!!!!!! Now you can buy any kinda of trophy you want!! hehe
Thanks Mom........I wrote that speech myself. I try not to let my speechwriters do the important ones.
-
It is fun all the people we meet on here. Personally I think we all need to do a road trip to "encourage" our bco sisters. Lets see perhaps we should go down to sunny Florida and visit our pal Cathi, cheer her up on those sandy white beaches (hehe) then perhaps we should head over to England and visit our Shiny, have a nice cup of tea and some cakes (you need us don't ya Shiny
) then of course you all could come on down here to Kentucky just in time for the Kentucky Derby (be sure and wear your finest hat! Its a must for those fancy Derby parties). Then I'm sure there must be other sisters who would be needing our visits, no telling where our road trip could take us.
-
-
Thanks for the cash. (That's my speech.
)
-
And here is my hat.
-
Mom------------that sounds like a GRAND idea!! We should ride in style in this....
I think there would be plenty of room for everyone:)
-
-
Gorgeous hat Sharon..........but, you may want to take it off to get inside the car:) hehe
-
aaggghhhhhh HE'S ALIVE HE'S ALIVE. It really hurts my feelings sometimes to see a coon TAIL hanging from a hat
Thank you Sharon for posting a real live one:)
-
