Norm. All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go. (Does that make you sing?? I think it was Peter, Paul and Mary's big hit: Leaving on a jet plane.......)
So glad to see our Puppy back with such regularity..... and now another greeting from our ShopMamaPammy!
As always your sentiments are amazing, Footie.
And there's Sharon, tried and true.
We're all gathered around sending you encouragement for this walk of yours Norm.
Accept our friendship as a sign that the world is a good place, even in the midst of harrowing loss and indescriblable depths of pain.
We're here for ya, Norm.
Big hugs around the thread.

(((((Norm))))) Norman! Quit sending us snow.
Yesterday was like spring, I saw a flock of robins, hardly any snow left, the whole shebang.........and now this morning the ground is white again. Is it freezing rain I hear on the windows? Poor robins, it always snows at least once on them. No walking today for me. Maybe just a quick walk for doggus in the field out back. One thing about getting a dog Norm. You WILL get out. Take care. -

Dear Norm. As we walk on this earth together, We can see the love and caring people.
I live alone and have been fighting alone. But with friends and people like you, the walk

Norm,
I have been away for awhile. I hope you are doing well. Some how I feel you need a bit of encouragement. So here is your encouragement for the day. Keep your eyes open, your ears pointed and your heart beating, to encourage you to enjoy life. Enjoying life to its fullests is the best advice I can give and recieve at this time.
I hope you receive this advice in the spirit it is meant to be received.
You are in my thoughts and prayers,
Heymoose.

Dear Lord, As you walk with my friend Norm, Please help him and
show him how important he is. He is like a glow worm, Showing but
little light even in the midst of darkness. Or like a star shining even
on stormy days. Thank you for this wonderful person. AMEN

Hey Norm!! Safe arrival, following a 9.5 hour trip. That's the longest I've driven solo in a long time.
The big fancy, shmancy hotel has free Internet in the lobby..... so I'm perched on a leather couch and attempting to catch up with a day's worth of email etc.
Thinking of you. Wishing you well.
-
Norm, I am praying for you, God bless you and keep you safe and happy.
Take care, Debbie
-
Hey Norm. This is my first time on this site. How have you been with all that you have had to deal with? I am having a hard time today. My sister has decided to quit doing the chemotherapy. She is a single parent of 3 children. But, has decided to quit fighting.I have been the support person for her for the last seven years since her first diagnosis. I know it is her right to deny treatment, but on the flip side I have seen her pain and devastation when she gets a new diagnosis of it moving on, or coming back.I feel so selfish sometimes feeling that this is so hard.
-
Dear asisteroflovedone,I just sent you a privite message

-
Norm. You're the best. I've always thought that of you.
Thank you for communicating directly to our 'sister' I know you give everything you do, your utmost care and consideration.
Won't make it to cyber-land tomorrow. You guys are in charge of continuing the encouragement for our brother/our friend.
Norm. Hope that you're able to find something this weekend that gives you a good belly laugh. I wish I could write you a prescription for one!! (Belly laugh, that is.)
Know you are in my prayers -- and I'll have lots of praying time during the long drive home.

Hi Norm, I just wanted to say that was very nice of you to help
the person. I always knew you have a very kind heart. Please
take care and remember you are a very special person to
all of us. Take care, Debbie

Our experiences resemble a jigsaw puzzle......
When it is all ready, we shall that the dark
pieces of the puzzle were as important in the
completion of the beauty of the pattern as
the bright sections. The dark background will
only bring out the bolder and more gorgeous
relief the figures in the picture, in the center of
which will be His loving face.........
Norm, You are a very important piece of this
puzzle and like you keep us together. God bless you. Debbie
-
safe and sound.
thinking of you.
-
just popping in to say "Hi, Norm!" Thinking of you with a hopeful heart

-
Hey Norm. Time for you to give us an update.
How deep are the snow piles at this point?? Surely they are diminishing?? Gone?
There's a mighty fine circle of women gathered here to offer you encouragement.
Wondering what's going on at your end....... are you starting to think and get ready for your big spring "give-away"??? Will that take some organizing and planning??

Hello Angelwatcher's;hope this find's you all in good spirit's.I felt really bad not knowing what to say to asisterofalovedone, hope I didn't say the wrong thing.Without having any great experience in what she going through.I can imagine the stress and worry she must be going through.I suggested to her that there were alot of people here willing to help and listen, but I haven't seen any post's from her(hope she found someone to help her ).
Well we still have over 2 1/2ft. of snow, hopefully not much longer though.......it gets fairly nice in the afternoon's +5 and drop's to -20 at night....... I think instead of having a free give a way yardsale,I"ll just price cheap, that way I don't get taken advantage of by people that really don't need hand and I'll donate all the money to the school library or hot lunch program.
Hope you all have a pleasant day.......................
