Morning Norm & greetings all AngelWatchers.....

I'm up and have gotten my "SLOTH-ful" self ready for today's adventure in aerobics!!

Norm, what are you doing for your exercise?? You haven't reported in on that topic in a while and I'm here to nag you, just like I promised. (Sharon does that for me, and I'm so very grateful.)

Wishing you a day with some bright cheer wrapped inside, sorta like blueberries: unassuming, yet so very sweet & good for ya too!

Puppy....... sending you a gorgous bouquet of spring-time, in a hand woven basket.

Footie........ you brighten Norm's life with all of the prayers on his behalf.

What a happpy little cyber family we've created.

Puppy, I'm just so over-joyed to see your continued posts. Are ya feelin' like your good ol' self more and more??? I surely do pray that is the case.

I bet your presence here will coax our Norm out of hiding.

It's been a great day here, for me. So much enthusiasm.

We had a community dance tonight: "Swing into Spring" and had a ball.

I'm sending you the idea of spring, Norm. It's on it's way: I'm certain.

Thanks so much, Norm for checking in.

I know how happy you must be to have our PuppyLovey back amidst our walking with your angels. It's like an old-camp-style reunion.

We're counting on you to show up periodically, ol' friend -- even if it's with the angel parade.

Wishing you were up to giving us a newsy post, or telling us how we might be of more help..... but realize that some days you're just not chatty-Norm, that we've met on occaision.

Know that we're all here for you, wishing you well...... wishing you peace.

Got out on my bike today Norm..... it was so warm, I wore a tank top!!

Fighting off the sloth-full-ness that is so easy to fall into.

I've had fun today: with a glue-gun and pompoms.

Hi Norm,  We had a hail storm today in Washington, I was in my wheelchair, coming

home from shopping and getting a new umbrella (golf one to cover the chair) and it started.

Lucky I was almost home. I wish you peace and hope all is going better. God loves you,

    Take care, Debbie

Oooooooooooooooooooooooo Footie. I'm glad that you were near to home. You're always able to see the 'bright' side of the equation & for that you are a witness to us all.

Norm, today is my 'last' line-dance aerobics class of the season, as I'll fly home to Ohio at the end of the weekend. So today I'll be scootin' and hoppin' and grape-vinin' for you!!

Puppy & Sharon & all of you other Angel Walkers, sending you lots of hugs for today.

Wow. That was an enormous greeting, Norm. Thanks so much for making the effort.

I just put up picture of my glue-gun 'n pompom special on my blog:

    www.rainbowswithinreach.blogspot.com

It makes me so very, very happy to giggle at all of the nonsense.

Go check it out and have a laugh with me.

Norm, My new umbrella was in the back of my wheelchair all wrapped up. And if I stopped

I would have gotten wetter, But I am grateful it wasn't a thunderstorm. I have rode a bike with a helmet on and  got stuck my lightening and the helmet saved my life.

Don't worry about anything, instead pray about everything; tell God your needs

and don't forget to thank him for the answers. If you do this you will experience

God's peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mine can understand.

His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust

in Jesus Christ. Philippians 4:6-7 TLB

((((Norm)))))  What a wonderful way to start my day, reading your post.  It sounds like you've been cocooning so I'm glad Faith and her pompoms got you out.  I went on her blog.......of course they are sensible pompoms.......not at all what first came into my head of course. Embarassed  And guess what?  Now I can spell pompom.

Norm, we're in a meltdown here with the weather.  Not much snow left although lots more in the city north of us.  It's NOT a good time to get a puppy.  But now IS a good time to start looking.  Yes, they are a long term commitment but believe me, you will be getting outside lots more.  Just my opinion but I'd go a tad smaller than a "giant" breed.  You could even thing about getting a more mature dog........as in housebroken and past the breaking your house stage.Wink

    Hugs Norman.  Stay with us!

Hey Norm.... I've got two more days here in paradise & it's finally looking and acting like Florida.

Then you're correct it's off to the races thru the next couple of months.

Next week it's Virginia, then Michigan, then Maryland and then Alabama..... all sprinkled together with my work thru out the state of Ohio, my babeez, local schools -- well my 'typical' bunch of travel and mayhem.

I'm eager to go full-tilt for a bit and then I promise to punctuate it with lots of down-time.

Thanks again for your shout-outs to each & all.

Today's a big bike-riding day for me. Tomorrow is our kayak adventure then it's back to the airport.

Norm,  I hope you had a wonderful day,

Lord, when my soul is weary

and my heart is tired and sore,

and I have that failing feeling

    that I cant take anymore;

then let me know the freshening

    found in simple, childlike prayer,

when the kneeling soul knows surely

that a listening Lord is there.

    Hi Norm,

Thought I would pop in and put in my two cents worth.  The weather here has been beautiful the last few days.  It is so hard to believe that only last Sunday the ground was covered with snow.  Today it was close to 70.  Spring is coming, just as sure as the sun will come up tomorrow.  I know it is because I have already started sneezing!  You are wise to think before getting a pet.  I don't know what I would do without my Clyde (Husky / Shepherd mix), but there are times when it has been inconvenient (like when I want to go to the beach).  He is loyal, however and gives me comfort on days when I desperately need it.  Take time to choose a dog that fits your personality and of course is already or can easily be housebroken.   Wishing you a blessed week ahead.  You are in my thoughts and prayers.

    Pam
