OH Karen and Olivia
I am so sorry that you are having to go back to Scottish Rite. I will pray that this time they will be able to give you a diagnosis without putting you back into the hospital.....Sweet Olivia you hang in there. Your mom will not stop until she gets you better.....(((hugs)))
-
Praying for some answers this time. Gentle hugs. I'm so sorry for all of this.
-
Prayers and more prayers!!

Karen:
So sorry this is still going on for Olivia. Being nauseated is just the pits besides the side effects of not gaining the weight she needs. Sending many prayers your way!!
God bless,
Pat

I'm so relieved to read that you intend to take the "squeeky wheel" route -- waiting till March for an appointment sounded crazy to me, if she's not just fit-as-a-fiddle.
Sending prayers for your sanity in the midst of the unknown and the concerns.
Olivia, all of your "aunties" here will continue to pray and pray and pray and pray, until there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Know that we know you are being a brave young girl in the midst of all of this yuckiness.
Many hugs to you.

Prayers for the right doctor and test today. Prayers for strength and recovery
Karen - please take care of yourself too in all of this stress. {{HUGS}}
-
Please be in prayer that God will reveal to this doctor the proper tests to run to finally get a true diagnosis, so that we can do a REAL treatment for a cure, rather than "medicating" to be control symptoms. She was feeling too nauseous to go to school yesterday and today and too weak. She is able to drink a little Boost and a few bits of applesause, but that is about it.
Olivia is again getting so discouraged. The good news is, she will talk to me about it. She says "I know God is hearing us, I know we are suppose to wait for Him, but I feel like I am withering away while I am waiting on Him to heal me." She said she feels like the "flower" in the song "Who Am I". If you don't know the song the chorus says "I am a flower quickly fading, here today and gone tomorrow..." But I reminded her that the chorus goes on to say "But You, hear me when I'm calling, Lord You catch me when I'm falling"
I feel everyone's prayers and so does she, we really appreciate them and we certainly need them. Her prayer pager #770-388-6901.

I'm so sorry she's not feeling better today! Continued prayers for Olivia...

livestrong thanks for the link, I appreciate it. Infact, I know sometimes you guys will post suggestions or links then you will "apologize" in case you think it makes me mad. It DOES NOT make me mad! I am grateful for everyones info, advice, suggestions, experiences, links etc. You never know when the RIGHT one will come along! So keep them coming! Dont think that any suggestion is stupid or wrong or obvious. My judgement maybe to clouded to see the "obvious" so I'd rather say "we tried that" then to not think of it at all!
I love you all sooooooooo much!
-
Karen - Warm hugs and prayers are coming your way. I am SO SORRY you are all still dealing with this. I pray that you get Olivia's dx very soon!!!!!!!!!!! We love you too! - Jean

Karen and Olivia, I love that you had the chorus to the song that "God catches us when we're falling." We are trusting and praying that the answer is just around the corner and there will be an end to this testing and uncertainty. Lord, please heal Olivia and restore her to perfect health, we ask this in Jesus name.
