    Hey Norm!!

    Headed out for a new class of exercise: stretching & flexibility. I may even lift some weights while I'm there! I have no upper-body strength and lifting my carry-on above my head on the airplanes is always a hassle -- as it is soooooooooooo filled with my laptop & LCD projector.

    Is it too late to attempt to find some muscle power at my age?? LOL.

    Thinking of you this morning as I head out.

    Good Morning, Norm, just saw the beautiful pics of your grand daughters!....Oh my what cuties!......They are so special to have you for their grandpa........I just read the post about the dolls and call me crazy but I think maybe the kids are letting you know they are all okay and not to worry so much about them.....I know a few days before a friend passed she came to me in a dream and told me she was going to be just fine and I know she is finally at peace now......i think of you often, Norm.....I know how hard it is to lose family......I pray for peace for you....Hugs....Lucy

    I have been thinking how lucky we are with the people that are

    losing their house cause of the fire, And they say someone strated it.

    It is so sad that some people are so uncaring, But not you. You are

    What can we offer you these days?

    Wish I could meet you for a cup of something hot..............

    This is our last day in FL, returning to winter & OH tomorrow..... but the grands will help me forget how gray & cold it is. Have you been able to see your cutie-girls lately. How far away from them are you?? We're about 25 minutes between their home & ours -- which is just perfect. Any closer and I'd just be there constantly.

    Line Dance Aerobics today, for this ol' sloth..... must get my tennies on and out the door!!

            Hope you having a great morning! It's 1132:am,having trouble getting going today....still relatively warm weather for this time of year and NO NEW SNOW for over a week,maybe spring will be early this year.

                  I am soooooo thankful for this web site and all the wonderful people that take time out of their lives to reach out to me and all the others here.........If anyone is thinking that I don't care or appreciate this post because I don't answer all the time,PLEASE KNOW HOW VERY MUCH ALL OF YOU HAVE HELP ME OVER THIS LAST 447 DAY"S...........I have times when I can't seem to write a reply and other times I can't shut up(or as Sharon put's it chatty)My emotions are all over the map........Even though I don't post ,I'm here each and every day listening and reading your posts,knowing just how lucky I am to have such a GREAT TEAM SUPPORT here on this site......The appreciation I have for all of you can't be put into word's,it's truly a GOD sent.

    Morning (((((Norm)))))  It's chilly here too.  Darned winter, I'm ready for some warmth.  It really hasn't been that bad though.  As I said to dh this morning, we've not had day after day of those bone chilling temps this winter.
