    would love to come to FL, but I am scheduled for exchange surgery very soon.

    dee:  I was going to reply that Madden is a football game announcer but that is John, not Jack.  I have no idea who Jack Madden is - where did you see the name?  Speaking of football, I will now offically be going into withdrawal until August.
