Pet scan results?

Can anyone help me understand my PET scan results. I did talk to my Dr. And at first he told me that it was benign and I was sick that day and went with it. The next time I went in I tried to get a copy of the result and he forgot and I forgot so it didn't happen. So I finally got one of the nurses to print it for me and I got to read it. I then had questions about it and talk to the Dr again and he was like we can wait and see what the MRI show when I am done with chemo and if I want to do a biopsy I could. He doesn't seem to be concerned. I feel concern about this being in my lungs maybe I shouldn't. This is what the findings of the Pet scan.

Findings

No FDG avid in the neck.

There is FDG avid Nodule in the left breast with clip measuring 1.6 cm ( SUV max 4.3 image 121) no other FDG breast lesions. No FDG avid thoracic lymph nodes. Right middle lobe nodule measure 1.6 and is not significantly FDG avid ( SUV max 1.9 image118) no FDG avid pulmonary lesions.

Any thought would be appreciate.
