E-cadherin: Diffuse pronounced membrane reaction in tumor cells

ER: 5(PS) + 3(IS) = 8 (TS)
PR: 3(PS)(30%) + 2(IS) = 5 (TS)
HER2: 1+
Ki67: 50%

ILC: g2 or g3

I am on letrozor+ribociclib treatment.

Everything was fine, but two foci appeared in the mammary gland. The main tumor has not been removed, but is stable. What do you advise? And what's the problem with E-cadherin?

Does anyone have the same?
