Is it possible to remove a tumor in the mammary gland if there is a small formation in the lung? Has anyone done this? They write that the tumor is inoperable.
Are there such examples?

Tumors can definitely be inoperable depending on where you they are. I would recommend asking this question in the Stage 4 forum, particularly the thread called "mets to lung": https://community.breastcancer.org/forum/8/topics/780588
