Verzenio Low Sodium (Hyponatremia)

Does anyone else that takes verzenio struggle with low sodium. No longer struggle with diarrhea with 100mg twice a day, been on dose reductions for about 1.5 months but low sodium on last 2 tests.

Well, I am not on verzenio but I too struggle with low sodium. I am on Ibrance. I was sent to a kidney doctor who didn't have the same angst as the nurse practitioner. He was more concerned about the kidney stone I have. I eat high salt foods and drink the original V-8 for its high sodium. No easy path for low sodium.

When my sodium tests low, I end up doing in for a saline infusion which helps in the short term.
