Chek2 with no cancer and DMX?

Has anyone found they have chek2, no positive tests for cancer, and went straight to DMX?

I’m considering looking into this option but was wondering how common it is to do this route.

    i have chek2. Knew about it for a few years. Was getting mammograms/ ultrasounds amen MRI’s. MRI picked up a tiny 6 mm tumor. Had the DMX.

    Have you spoken to a genetic counselor? Chek2 is a moderate risk gene. Typically a preventative dmx is not indicated. Do you have a strong family history of breast cancer ? Or other cancers? Chek2 raises the risk of colon cancer. What variant do you have of chek2? Some are worse than others.
