Tecentriq as a Single Agent Anyone?

I've been on Tecentriq as a single agent (no other treatment) for about six months now. My infusions are every three weeks. Is there anyone else who has a similar regimen ? What kind of side effects are you having? I'm struggling with fatigue and lots of flu like bone pain. There doesn't really seem to be a predictable pattern either. I can go to or three or four days very smoothly, and then suddenly I have crashing fatigue that forces me into bed all day. Anyone else?
