Pain after lumpectomy

Hi all!

Had my lumpectomy 3 weeks ago and was doing pretty well without pain med for a week.

Yesterday night all of a sudden my whole breast area is itchy with pins and needle like pain. Not super painful but very annoyingmost like something is "moving inside". No fever, no redness.

Today all is gone.

Is this "normal"?

On the 5th day after re exercision, I have had the " sore" and the " pin needle" at night for about a minute . It come and go.... On the 6th day, the wound turn red. On the 9th , Post op P.A said I had ecchymosis (A small bruise caused by blood leaking from broken blood vessels into the tissues of the skin or mucous membranes) . She said it would go away in a few weeks.
