I was diagnosed in 2016 and had bilateral mastectomy and implants put in.

Well I got the good ole recalled implants letter 2 years ago. Now I’ve found the clinic in NOLA who will take these bad girls out.

Because of my small size, it’s looking like the SGAP will be the option for me.

Anyone have any recent experience with it? Or those who have had the SGAP, what was your experience like and how do you like it now

I had an IGAP done twice - one to the left side and one to the right side. It was a really tough and long operation 10 and 11 hours each. I had to have a blood transfusion afterwards for one of them. I also felt like I'd been run over by a bus! But I am really happy with the results. My surgeon has magic hands. He did both of my operations. If you have any questions, please do ask. I'm in the UK and had them both done here back in 2010 and 2012.
