Anyone have a fibroadenoma that didn’t show on ultrasound?

hello,
My sister was diagnosed at 36 and I am now 38. I have been having regular mammograms and mris every 6 months, alternating. On my latest MRI last week, the discovered an 8mm mass that they rated BIRADS 4. It could not be seen on ultrasound. I had MRI guided biopsy and am now waiting for my results.
I’m hoping it’s a fibroadenoma as I was recently pregnant (lost the baby at 9weeks, but wouldn’t that be seen on an ultrasound? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
