all over breast pain

i've had breast pain in only one breast for the past month. nothing new in my routine - diet, (lack of) exercise, stress, sleep - all are the same except this constant pain. I cannot feel anything like a lump, just a painful nipple, very painful, sensitive, heavy breast. LCIS in this breast 3 years ago. soonest I could get in for a mammogram is 3 weeks. i know it's generally said that breast cancer is not painful but cannot imagine what else is causing this pain. i'm worried. has anyone experienced unexplained breast pain?
