Lumpectomy on left breast in 2015

I need some advice. I had a lumpectomy in 2015 and didnt care the breast didnt exactly look thesame. Now I do since i am getting a divorce. Will insurance cover breast implants? It seems i read it does

Florida - I believe the federal rules requires insurance to cover breast reconstruction at any if you've had breast cancer. Someone else will likely know more.
