I know this has been mentioned before, but wanted to bump it to the top in case anyone wasn’t aware.

Pfizer has a patient copay card that will pay up to $25,000/year per patient for Pfizer medications. There is a short online form to fill out to enroll. There are no documents to submit, no income verification and coverage is immediate if you qualify

My new insurance was leaving me with a $2,000 copay for Ibrance. A few clicks on the keyboard and I was enrolled. They gave me an ID immediately. I relayed that information to the specialty pharmacy and they released my prescription for shipping.

This card is only applicable to those with commercial insurance or uninsured. Anyone on Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare do not qualify.

Super easy to find online, just Google Pfizer Oncology co-pay savings card and it should take you right there.

Thank you for posting about this! I am not on Ibrance yet, but if/when I have any progression (have been on letrozole only for over six years), I will be put on it. I've often thought about what it's going to cost when the time comes and let my mind worry about it before I even need to. When it first became approved for use around the time I was diagnosed with mets, I think the copay from Pfizer at that time was around $25 a month, which is apparently what the drug companies do when they're trying to get everyone on it. But those days have passed! Knowing that they'll likely contribute $25K a year to all the deductibles, copays, and yearly out-of-pocket maximums that come with modern insurance is very reassuring! Again, thanks for sharing this, and I hope you are doing well.
