Implant removal on one side and DEIP flap on the other

I was diagnosed with DCIS over 20 years ago. Right breast mastectomy with DEIP flap procedure. Silicone implant on the left. In those 20 years my implant is painfully encapsulated and my DEIP procedure has been getting hard over the passing years. I just relocated to Virginia so I don't know anyone to ask for a referral to a plastic surgeon. I don't know where to begin to find a plastic surgeon to consult for removal. Any suggestions, where do I begin?

Might help to narrow it down. Where in Virginia? How far are you willing to travel? Northern VA, DC, and Maryland all have great hospitals and surgeons. Not sure about other parts of VA though.

Here's the link for NCI designated hospitals. I'd imagine they have good plastic surgeons associated with them.

Like Parakeets says, if you state where you are & how far you're willing to travel, someone will likely be able to add recommends.
