Compared to: 06/02/2021 US Breast ABUS Complete Bilateral and 11/28/20 MAM Bilateral Screening Digital Mammogram With Tomo
Findings:
Targeted color Doppler ultrasound performed throughout the region of questioned ABUS abnormality centered at 10:00 7.5 cm from the nipple shows only normal-appearing fibroglandular tissue. The prior ABUS finding likely reflected artifact related to a dense patch of breast tissue. No persistent suspicious sonographic abnormality.
IMPRESSION
BI-RADS® ATLAS category (right): 1 Negative
MANAGEMENT
Back on Schedule is recommended for right. The patient was entered into a reminder system with a target date for their next breast imaging exam.

This is a 65 y.o. female and is seen for: MAM Bilateral Screening Digital Mammogram With Tomo.

R2 CAD was used in the interpretation of this study.

Why no mention of ABUS or U/S on December 18, 2021 mammogram - only comparing to last years November 2020 regular mammo.
FINDINGS
The breasts are heterogeneously dense, which may obscure small masses.
Right
There is an asymmetry seen in the upper region of the right breast in the posterior depth on the MLO view. There are no significant calcifications or other abnormalities.
Left
There is no evidence of suspicious masses, calcifications, or other abnormal findings in the left breast.
IMPRESSION
BI-RADS® ATLAS category (left): 1 - Negative
BI-RADS® ATLAS category (right): 0 - Incomplete: Needs Additional Imaging Evaluation
MANAGEMENT
Ultrasound is recommended for right
Additional Projections is recommended for right
Routine Screening Mammogram in 1 Year is recommended for left.
Patient will be contacted with an appointment for the additional imaging evaluation.
