I feel a "marble" on my implant on the non-cancer side

What do you think this could be? It's near the front-center of my boob. I got the implants a year and a half ago, and I only noticed this a couple of days ago. When I move my skin around, the small "marble" or nodule thing doesn't move, so it seems like it's in or on the implant.

I called my plastic surgeon and am trying to schedule an appointment.

it could possibly be an “oily” cyst, but you’re doing the right thing by calling your doctor.
