Possible hysterectomy with ovary removal

I may be jumping the gun here but Im pretty sure a hysterectomy along with ovarian removal is in my near future...I just happened to have a Gyno appointment this morning who is not in the same medical group as my breast cancer oncologist, but anyway my visit included an ultrasound of my uterus and I have a history of uterine fibroids but they are growing and I have quite a few of them. Thankfully I got the report on patient gateway just before going in to see my breast cancer Oncologist who I see routinely every three months. When I told her I was nervous because I just got results back, she looked them up and said because I'm on lupron my fibroids should be shrinking not growing. She asked if id like to change gyro's and see someone in her group and I said absolutely. It actually makes sense to me because I'm taking hormone blockers so to have my Gyno now be within her group seems like a no brainer. Anyway the reason why I'm posting is they just called to get me scheduled to go over the results and see how we should proceed. Im nervous because its dawning on me that my new Gyno is a gyno oncologist as oppose to just a routine gynecologist. Am I reading too much into that? And lastly what should I expect with regards to sex, weight, moods etc after having a hysterectomy. Ive been on lupron and anastrozole for almost three years now with very few sides effects and thankfully haven't been affected to harshly in regards to vaginal dryness so rightly so I'm nervous that after that procedure I will have some extreme side effects. Id love to hear others experience's.

Thanks

I had a hysterectomy years ago when I was 58. The only thing that changed for me was saving a small fortune not having to buy several boxes of tampons and pads every month. Apparently it didn't affect my estrogen level because I got high ER+ breast cancer 10 years later.
