Newly dx single met to lung - removal? Her2+ Er/Pr-

Hi there, I was diagnosed last month with single 1.4 met to lung. Wondering if cryotherapy better option than surgical removal. Oncologist wants to trial herceptin/Perjeta to see if tumor responds to a few cycles, remove surgically and then back on the drugs. Does anyone have experience with removal of lung met or with cryotherapy? Any advice?
