Zoladex and United Healthcare

Anyone receiving Zoladex and insured by UHC? My employer just changed insurances and from what I’m seeing, Zoladex is not covered.


Are you on Lupron or something different? As a stage iv’er, I really don’t want to change treatments that are working.

    Updating in case anyone else comes across this thread. Although Zoladex was listed as “not covered” on their website, my MOs office was able to get it authorized for me for 12 months.

    I don’t think unless you’ve been in these shoes you understand how anxiety producing being faced with a treatment change, while it has beenworking, can be. MBC sucks. I hate it and all that it’s done to those who are dealing with it.
