Diagnosed October 12th and really mad!!
I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer just now.
When my surgeon got the report and I was told that it came back positive, my emotions got the best of me right there and then. Not because of the bad news, but because another surgeon dismissed the small lump at the time in 2018.
I felt this small lump told my primary Dr. he sent me for mammogram, result requested a sonogram, Sono results requested biopsy to palpable bean size mass at 3 o'clock position. Surgeon did biopsy at the 12 o'clock, why? He didn't think the other one was important to check. So the following year, Nov 2019 mammogram showed growth, but base on the previous yr biopsy it was pretty much overlooked. 2020 came in with the Pandemic and we all know that Drs were not seen anyone until May/June. Most of the visits were virtual. So not until this year I actually request my Primary Dr for a second opinion with having more x-ray. So new surgeon consultation and by reviewing old films, immediately scheduled biopsy on October 5th and in the 12th sat with her to receive the news of positive result, stage 1 left breast cancer.
So you can see why I was more than mad. I told the surgeon, that I felt like going to the other Dr's office and give him a piece of my mind. For thinking that he knew my body more than I did. Because when y asked why did he go on the 12 o'clock position rather than the 3. His answer was, that spot was not important. So of course results were negative... UUGGG!!
After results, all the running from one exam to the other. Bilateral breast MRI, abdominal sonogram, pet scan and after all those test got to see the surgeon n the oncologist. Oncologist wants a GAMU scan to check heart before chemo treatment. I definitely was not looking for chemo. But they say is a mist have to shrink mass before surgery.
While waiting for the scan, I am drinking Graviola tea, also Graviola and Anamu capsules few times per day. These are good against Cancer. Aside from that I do apply every day the Glutathione, carnosine and X39 Patches for 12 hours. So far I can see some reduction in size, it does not feel as hard as before. So hopefully my treatments will will not be a long one as the oncologist mentioned.

Hi Victory, it sure is frustrating when you aren't heard by your medical professionals!
Stage 1 is still as early as it can be so that is a good sign. Maybe you can fill in your diagnosis details & set them to show in the signature line? What are your hormone markers? What chemo are they prescribing?
Be aware that many supplements are not compatible with chemo so be sure to speak with your oncologist or the oncology pharmacist.
best wishes

Victory, so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I had a similar ( not the same) issues with getting proper medical tests. Saw my PCP about a dimple in my breast. He misdiagnosed me in March 2021 with fibroids. After pressuring him for advice on a mammo he and the other doctor shrugged. Finally they agreed to refer me for one. Almost six months later at the ripe age of 29, stage 1A triple positive breast cancer.
