Waiting……..is so hard

Had a mammogram on the 12th of November. Found a mass with asymmetry. Had a Diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound which led to a biopsy all done today. Results from ultrasound found a couple other things…. my mind is all over the place.

1. 1.7 cm mass in the upper inner quadrant.

2. 0.4 cm smoothly marginated hypoechoic lesion at the 12 o'clock position 1.2 cm from the mass. This may represent a complicated cyst or satellite nodule.

3. 8 mm hypoechoic mass in the low axilla which could represent a separate breast mass or replaced lymph node

so now I wait… hoping and praying. Thanks for letting me vent.
