Referred Pain?

I had a right breast lumpectomy on 11/12/21 and seem to be recovering well. But a weird thing started yesterday and I’m wondering if it’s something to worry about it.

I’m feeling sharp pains in my left breast. There have been no signs of cancer in my left breast, per 3 mammograms and an MRI in recent weeks. I’m not aware of any injury or procedure affecting my left breast. Is it possible that my mind or nervous system are confused and are sending pain signals from the injured right breast to the healthy left one? (I believe that kind of mix-up is called “referred pain.) Has anyone else experienced this
