I had an oncoplastic lumpectomy just this past September, and an currently going through radiation, so this inquiry might still be a bit early. My plastic surgeon at CHA opted for a reduction and lift-- I've gone from being a D cup to a B cup, and overall I am happy with the change. I like being smaller.

There are other things I'm not happy about though-- the area next to my left nipple has a weird dent, and there is another dent toward the bottom of the breast. I'd like to have a scar revision. To my eye, the right breast is a bit larger than the left, and I anticipate that this could get worse after radiation.

I want to have the right expectations, but.... Well, I had a very pretty bosom before all of this started, and I can't just shrug this off. Everyone tells me that my insurance will cover tweaks, so I think it is reasonable to go over what else can be done. Scar revision, maybe a small amount of fat grafting. Not right now obviously, but as time goes on.

Last time I saw my surgeon he was *very* curt and dismissive, and I am considering getting a second opinion. Any recommendations in the Boston area? It would be nice to find a surgeon with a slightly better bedside manner.
