Aches and Headaches During Radiation

I just finished my 5th day of radiation treatments.

Is it usual to start getting random aches (almost like flu type aches) and headaches? I've also been getting some shooting stabbing type pains in my back but they are more sporadic and don't last long.

The headaches are intense. I've had it for 4 days now. I don't think it's dehydration, as I drink 10 8-0z bottles of water a day.

Thinking it's just my immune system fighting back trying to repair damage to my healthy cells?

macdebbie - I did not have that problem but I think you should definitely mention it to your RO.
