Tonight I noticed a single dark spot ? On my left breast that looks like Peau D Orange?, on my nipple. I saw another spot just like it under on the same breast but not close to my nipple. Of course I googled it and I’m now extremely worried. It’s not a group of spots just two darker ones that I’ve seen that are pimple like but in the skin.

I’m 18 and I’m on currently on my period as of noticing this and my breasts get sore before my period but I’ve never noticed a change or spot like this appear before. Nothing else seems to have changed but I still am worried.I’m wondering if it’s just anxiety or actually something I need to go see a doctor about.

Google isn't that interested in pimples since people don't often look for information about pimples or any skin issue. It will go to cancer since that is what people are googling most. If you had a pimple on your nose or elbow you wouldn't assume cancer so try to not jump to conclusions when the skin issue occurs on breast skin.

If it doesn't clear up in a few days and you need assurance that it is nothing worrying you could see your GP. You are young to have breast cancer as well. Be good to your nerves. :-)

I agree to wait a few days or until after your period and see if it is still there. Dr. Google is an alarmist, and will have us all picking out our coffins.

Easy to say, "try not to worry" but try to distract yourself, if you can. Do let us know when you have an update.

hey guys figured I’d update you now that my period is over! the two spots have basically disappeared and almost blend in now. I checked every night for any changes and nothing significant seemed to be happening. hopefully a false alarm. I distracted myself nearly too much bc I was behind in schoolwork.. thank you for the reply’s and the helpful forums and website.
