So I went to 2 additional mammologists, I got one extra scan. I now have two ultrasounds scans both with bi rads 4, but with more details. I have dense breast, they found on one breast only tiny cysts below 4mms, and in other breast multiple big cyst with smaller ones next to it (in total 4 cysts), 2 solid masses next to it, isoechoic with hypoechoic halo and no visible blood supply and same one isoechoic solid mass 5mm/6mm also without visible blood supply and not clear margins. No lymph nodes swollen anymore (that was related to flu shot I guess). So one doctor told me now to get MRI with contrast, I can do it in 2 weeks because of my menstrual cycle. The other one said to have automatic ultrasound and if it also gives bi rads 4, then get a biopsy. Automatic ultrasound is available only in 1 month. I am leaning towards MRI but I am not sure. Both of them said that "we don't see signs of malignancy" but I guess they don't see signs of them being benign either.. not sure what to do so scared. What do you think? I am concentrating on 'no blood supply', I guess it means good thing right? And also the fact that I have so many cysts maybe means that these are also something related because of dense breast, I had a lot of hormonal fluctuations in the last couple of years after I went off of birth control pills but of course that is also a risk factor for BC... Thanks for your input!

I probably would get an MRI if that was being offered. And you could get it sooner.

You might need the biopsy anyhow. It's hard to know. Keep us posted. Good luck!
