Testing results???

good morning- I am a newbie so please disregard my sophomoric posting this morning- had my EBUS yesterday-doc told my husband “… everything is all clear!” Yet my pet ct lit up around the mediastinal nodes area, and the test notes from EBUS read there are lymphasites (sp?) around hiliar nodes 7 and 11 which require closer biopsy reading.

I feel I can plainly understand this but hubs says you were under anesthesia, he talked to me. You don’t understand?! Don’t I?

    I was unfamiliar with EBUS. I googled it but only found references to lung cancer biopsies. Did you have a lung or breast biopsy? Take care

    What was the EBUS for? How do they plan to assess and/or biopsy those nodes? Sorry you'de dealing with these issues.
